I am very fortunate to have insane flexibility and mobility in hips and elbows, so all anterior chain movements havw always been a breeze for me. Working on posterior chain flexibility has been more complicated, especially after appendix surgery! But getting back to doing things and feeling good
Really stupid question but I'm new to stretching, but how do you close the gap between the 2? Is there a specific type of regimen to follow to do this you'd recommend?
