Thanks for the video! It was a struggle to find videos using the hero 9 with a ring light!🙂very clever and good to know it actually works!! There are so many accessories for the gopros and it can be overwhelming!!

Do you think go pro makes nice portraits under this type of lighting? I am a makeup artist so I am curious
The picture quality is really great, but you don't get the in-focus close up shots like you do with a DSLR or mirrorless camera. Also, the go pro is a great 4K action camera, but we noticed it has a bit of a fisheye bulge to the image, so back when we were filming with just go pro's we would always adjust the curvature to -19 degrees in our editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) to essentially flatten the image to make it look normal. Not a big deal if you have that ability. Thanks for posting your question!
