I love my X-T3. its my main camera even though i also own the X-T5. Yeah, the battery life sucks but i don't mind carrying extra batteries and i lived without ibis for decades so its not something i really care about. I do wish it had the latest film sims but other than that the X-T3 is a great camera.
i like my x-t3 (even though i am more of a x-pro3 guy), only things i can really complain about are 1- horrible battery life 2- horrible app (new app is slightly better though) other than that, it's a great camera overall, and i think it already started to gain cult status by its loyal followers at this point.

Why is the X-T3 your main camera over the X-T5?
Do you use your xt5 as a secondary or do you just not gravitate to it the same way you do your xt3 ?

Good camera. No IBIS. I like the XS10.

Yeah they will, the market is crazy. I bought a xt3 body (couple months ago) for $630 ish, now just the body is going for 800+
