The lies, manipulation, corruption and cover-ups....shocking that adults from the orphanage, social welfare and the pathology lab all connived to ruin an innocent child's life. There is a special place in hell for such heartless, shameless people.

Owamie, she can go to therapy but all the answers she needs are in that orphanage. How does she even know that her mom passed. What about her father. What her life is a conspiracy by these people at the orphanage. I think she needs answers she can seek them from the orphanage.

You might also find the hospital wasn't involved, they might have been sending the bloods of someone who was positive and change names.
Or the lab was involved . I know of a place where they used to swap blood for HIV positive professionals to negative for visa applications to Australia.
Her believe about the hospital being involved sterms from the fact that the positive results are not in the lab system. They have vanished.

I don't think the orphanage lied. All test have false positive and false negative cases. It may be that confirmatory tests were not done. Then afterwards they checked CD4 count only.
I also wonder if they tested you shortly after birth- in which case you may have had mom's antibodies in your system.

This is painful story.
The kinds of evil that take place in orphanages are beyond heart breaking. Human trafficking, making children do sex work, cults etc. The evil disguised as institutes to "save" children is inconceivable. Yet again, what else can we expect from our 'trusted' systems & governments. You're so brave Q 🌻
I think it’s a scheme, yes, but I don’t think the WHOLE hospital was involved. I think someone in the hospital knew, and would gain something monetary. The Child Support Grant is 480-720. The foster child grant is 1120. And then the disabled/ and or Chronic condition child gets an additional amount.
So depending on how the orphanage registered you(foster child being the highest amount), they get a certain amount for ‘having’ you on their system.
Ukukhohlakala kodwa. This is why the foster care system is very flawed and needs thorough investigation coz people are Cruel out here.
Then with regards to the bloods not appearing on the NHLS system anymore, the reason might be due to update in the system since about 10 yrs ago. So some records were lost when the system changed. That’s what I can deduce from being a clinician myself in the public sector.
I think there were certain individuals who were benefiting from the scam they pulled with you and I think there’s multiple other people doing the same. I don’t think it’s a conglomerate as a healthcare system though. I hope some clarity has been shed from what IIIII think might’ve happened?

Owamie keeps suggesting what the therapist could do to help her...I don't think she should do that. Also, Que says she doesn't want kids, Owamie should respect that and leave it alone. No one should convince anyone to have kids irrespective of what we want for them. Just because Owamie thinks that Que can be an awesome mother, it does not mean that Que should be a mother. Owamie should not push things. Que should heal at her own time, at her own pace and in her own way. Healing doesn't necessarily mean that she will change her mind about having kids. She can heal and still stand on that decision.
It's quite annoying when someone suggests to you how you should heal and what you should be talking about with your therapist. I get that Owamie is being a good friend and she loves Que, but she needs to step back and let Que do her thing her own way. Therapists are there to facilitate healing, not to convince you to do anything you don't want to do.

The hardest thing about such a situation is that you can’t get over such hurt at all, you can only live through it. Life is tough but God knows best. You courageous my darling and God knows your heart, he is not done with you.

hiv monitoring is CD4 and viral
load
those 2 test can be done on anyone
the difference is those that are positive and not on ARV might have a low CD4 and a high viral load while those that don’t have HIV will have a highly CD4 and non detectable Viral load because there is not virus
but if you are positive and on ARV and your CD4 is high and viral load is non detectable it means you are virally suppressed
