    !!! Do not miss this information !!!
    I shifted to 4 hour sleep routine to have some time back for work and play, the first few days will lead to chronic sleep deprivation due to not able to enter REM sleep, all the hormones will imbalance, no will to do anything, but if you still continue, then happens the magic, the brain adapts to it and you will enter REM sleep within a few minutes after getting into the bed.
    This doesn't work good for body builders or anyone with extreme activities, as sleep is their physical requirement, but for us normal humans, it is more mental

      Bro daily i go gym at 5 and do for 1 hr and i get 5 hrs for sleep is it good for me i dont feel any discomfort from this but i just think is it gonna make muscle loss for me more

Those surveys can be paid surveys or not accurate as I found most researchers are lazy and cheaters to get grades... So don't rely on this kind of shit stuffs.. Be yourself.. If you feel tired take rest.. If you are energetic be active.. But don't medicate or use any thing alternatively to get rid of sleep or tiredness.. Watch your bodies natural habits... Thats enough.

    I have 2 Full Body Sessions per week in the weight room which last around 2-2.5hrs each. My weight training involves Power Snatches, DEADLIFTS, OHP, SQUATS, Glute Thrusts, PULL-UPS and a couple of accessory exercises for tricep and back. Then I have 3 morning sessions, in each one of those I do a light jog for around 5-8 minutes, bowl for around 30-35 minutes at a stretch (Cricket), then I move onto Broad Jumps (5*5), then some medicine ball slams and throws (around 60-70 reps divided in 10 reps per set ).Then I have 3 core sessions in the week. Each one is around 20-25 minutes long. And lastly, I walk (at around 3-4km/h) for 2 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
    My nutrition is quite up to the mark. I am fulfilling my daily caloric requirements. I am 5'10'' and weigh 72kg. I take around 3000 calories and around 4.5 ltrs of water a day(Weather is quite hot, avg. day time temp. around 35-40 deg. celcius) . My sleep time os around 6-7 hrs a day on average.. Some days I sleep for 8-9 hrs and some days for 5-6 hrs.
    I was going well till around 19th- 20th March but then suddenly I started losing my explosiveness in power moves like snatch. I also started losing my grip strength. I hit my PR 100kg in DL on 19th March and then it was all downfall in the later sessions. Same with Power snatch and OHP. I had to remove 5-7kg from the bar. But the only movement I am progressing in is squats. But other movements are affected and I am now weaker at those..
    Am I OVERTRAINING?? If not, then why this downfall?? Any science backed suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!!🙂

      You are not overtraining , you are OVER EXAGGERATING. Its not too much. I have seen teenagers play more than this.
      Its all in your mind. Bro your 72 kg and your DL pr is 100 kg. Tf when i was 58 kg my pr was 120kg.
      So you are not overtraining you arw just over thinking about everything. You need to start workout with people who are ahead of you. Who challenge you. That way you will be forced to do more. Otherwise they will make fun of you. Sometimes being with people better than you is helpfull.

    i.e. Some people have night shifts so they sleep in day time..
    While some start sleeping at 4 am and wakeup according..
