INXS are an iconic Aussie band, this song is played right before my Aussie Rules Football teams home games, there is nothing like around 50,000 people belting out this song to get you pumped for the game.
INXS was a pop band from Australia... they became huge in the 80's and early 90's... Their singer Michael Hutchence is considered one of the great stars of his era - his voice and image made him the pin-up for young girls and women worldwide... Tragically, Michael Hutchence took his own life in late 1997 after a series of personal mishaps (R.I.P.) INXS was formed in 1977 and debuted in 1980... the band was brothers Tim Farris (guitar/ keyboards), Andrew Farris (keyboards), John Farris (drums)... w/ Gary Gary Beers (bass), Kirk Pengilly (sax/ guitar) and Michael Hutchence (lead vocals) Their break came in 1982 w/ the 3rd album 'Shabooh Shabaah'... followed by 'The Swing' (1984) and 'Listen like Thieves' in 1985... But the big hit came in 1987 w/ the 'Kick' album... MTV made INXS a huge success and Michael Hutchence was the band's superstar... The 'X' album in 1990 was another hit as INXS sold out Wembley Stadium in England in 1991, and the show was released as the live record 'Live baby live' in '91. Unfortunately, the 90's scene began to erode the success of 80's bands, and despite moderate success, 3 more albums were commercial disappointments... After the 1997 album 'Elegantly wasted'... Michael Hutchence also recorded a solo album that he was hoping to put out the following year... but his girlfriend was involved in a bitter custody battle w/ her ex-husband, and his personal life was chaotic at best... Apparently, he was denied a chance to see his daughter and girlfriend for the holidays because of court cases in England, and became increasingly frustrated one night... Michael Hutchence was found dead the next day from suicide in a hotel in Sydney 😪His girlfriend Paula Yates would pass away a few years later from an OD... their daughter was raised by her ex-husband. Following the tragic loss, INXS tried to carry on w/ new singers, but it was impossible to replace a talent like Michael Hutchence... INXS ended their run by 2012. More INXS songs 🔥🔥- 'Need you tonight'... 'New sensation'... 'What you need'... 'Beautiful girl'... 'The one thing'... 'Elegantly wasted'... 'Disappear'.
I love your reactions. It's great to see younger people react to older music (all the way back to the 60's) but not many people who do these reactions show us their honest reactions like you do so thank you.
I saw them live in a small ornate theatre at the beginning of their kick tour which eventually they were playing in front of massive crowds in stadiums. They are the best musical ensemble I've ever seen, and I've seen everyone.

Great live band. Saw them in St. John's, Newfoundland in 2006. Would have loved to see Michael Hutchence as lead vocalist but they were still great live. Sounded great, lots of fun energy.

This band made a decent sized chunk of very good music. Hutchence was an exceptional front man both in muscial talent and general aura. They had more in the tank than they were able to deliver and it ended very sadly. Kick is great from front to back and their music lives on!
Solid musicians and a top-tier front man, this band was putting out some really catchy music back in the day. I hope you check them out further. You won't be disappointed.

Mystify; beautiful lovesong.
Just love ger reaction!❤️🔥
Damn, INXS, they where very big back in the days, but somehow are kinda forgotten now. This is a nice reminder to revisit some old INXS records.
"well hello" love it hahaha
I was lucky enough to see them perform live as intro to QUEEN, The magic tour , live in Leiden, Netherlands. They were awesome. Both bands.
Wow, must have been amazing ❤
@@BisscuteReacts Best concert ever. New talented band INXS at the time, and ofcourse QUEEN at their best.
one of the best Intro`s I`v ever heard
So now I have to just learn the Sax ;) ♥♥♥
And one of the greatest sax solos ever!
Great live band. Saw them in St. John's, Newfoundland in 2006. Would have loved to see Michael Hutchence as lead vocalist but they were still great live. Sounded great, lots of fun energy.
Band is from Sydney, Australia. Formed in 1980.
Today wasn't a good day until now. Your reactions do that for me. So you do one with a song I really like and you turned my day around. I also learned a group of rabbits is called a fluffle. Now that I'm in a good mood I have to write a fluffle poem.
love the reaction....#1 band in the world at the time (Australian). filmed in Prague. R.I.P Michael
This band made a decent sized chunk of very good music. Hutchence was an exceptional front man both in muscial talent and general aura. They had more in the tank than they were able to deliver and it ended very sadly. Kick is great from front to back and their music lives on!
This is how a reaction video should be 😁
Solid musicians and a top-tier front man, this band was putting out some really catchy music back in the day. I hope you check them out further. You won't be disappointed.
I love INXS!!! I have seen them in Argentina at Luna Park stadium. Michael Hutchence Had already passed away and Jon Stevens was the singer that night.
