The haters do make me smile. They have clicked onto your video, presumably because they want to see what you have produced and they expect to benefit from your work and knowledge free. I'd be interested to know how many of those who complained would be willing to work for nothing and have every man and his dog benefit from their work without them benefitting in any way. Very few would be my guess.
I can only afford to give you my thanks right now, but some day I will buy your book. I very much appreciate the advice on your channel. I really don't understand why anyone would be upset with you for asking for support. Everyone knows this hobby can be expensive, and I can only imagine how much it would cost to build a proper fish room for recording videos.

Longer "talk away" kind of videos I have found relaxing, especially if a presenter really has something to tell on a topic. Like Fishtory 30-minute videos, for some might be boring, but for me, they let me zone out a little bit from what's going on around me and calmly absorb the knowledge

The shrimp room is looking amazing
Would love a video on building shrimp tanks. Were to source the glass/plastic and what adhesives to use ect. Love the content and thanks to you I have over a dozen shrimp and some babies on the way! Right now their mixed together in a dedicated tank but would love to have some "cubed" tanks (border-less) to breed in. Thank you sir!

I would love it if you referred to your tank size in litres as well as gallons, I have no idea what a 100 gallon tank is, but if you said 100 litres I have an idea !

As a beginner, all that I came there for was to learn how to make shrimp traps, but I was astonished on how terrific those shrimp are. This is really next level. I guess if you try them, there's no way out. Really hard to keep them, I guess, but it's a big step forward in the hobby
Bolivian Rams are beautiful and very underrated. I don't see many people breeding them and posting about it 😊

@FishKeepingAnswers hi, as you may remember i asked a lot of questions over the last month or so. This was because i was thinking of keeping shrimp but found all the contradictions by various shrimp keepers confusing. To be honest after being told all the way the shrimp die i actually started to feel they were more trouble than they were worth. If you remember i asked you about buying cull shrimp. Well, i decided to buy some cull shrimp, i thought why not buy the unwanted ones, i probably would have as much if not more enjoyment with them as the expensive shrimp. They arrived friday the 28th june around 10:30 am. I set up a Heath Robinson drip acclimatisation and left them for several hours. I finally plucked up courage and emptied most of the water out of the bag they were in and added them to the tank. They all swam down to the gravel and promptly started eating. They were all transparent, no colour at all, by mid week they had coloured up, i had 1 large deep orange, one small deep orange, yellow and green. 2 were in berry. Friday the 5july will be two weeks. In that time 2 have successfully molted and today i saw a baby shrimp approx 4mm in the daylight it looked like he had a blue hue to him. I was wondering whether i would have any babies because. the2in berry disappeared after the second day. In my ignorance when setting up my tank i seem to have inadvertently created a lot of hiding places. So i only see the odd one or two and any time. Its made me wonder if they are nocturnal. I bought 15 shrimp and received 13! So i know there are 13 in there plus any babies, yet only see one or two at a time Take care💕

I really like these type of vids, they’re fun and interesting. If I was going to suggest anything it would be maybe putting water amounts in litres on the screen, as I have no idea how much a gallon is, lol. As for what fish to get I keep glowlight tetra, so I’m going to say them 😉
I'de like to see you get a Cherry Shrimp/ Endler "N" tank since you like guppies, go with the smaller Endlers which get along great with shrimp.

I love you vase there beside your book there. What size is that and how did you make that?
I have recently returned to keeping aquariums. My first was a reef tank and my second was a 30 litre unheated tank with light and filtration which I added shrimp and snails. I then set up three 'plants only' aquascaped fish bowls. Two 5 litre and one 10 litre. I am now in the process of setting up a 7 litre unheated tank, again with light and filtration which since watch your videos I will introducing more shrimp. You talk in this video about Guppies. Can I add any to my two unheated tanks as well as the shrimps and snails?
How long would you wait to add shrimp to new planted tank?

always gonna be some haters bro, some criticism may be legitimate but there will always be people who just hate cause they had a bad day or are upset, im on welfare so could never put towards the channel but i appreciate your videos, like them and watch them multiple times thanks for putting the effort in and glad to see the shrimp rooms coming together!
