    love the way you present this. I eat my last of two meals a day at about 3 pm. fasy until ketoVore breakfast at 7 or 8 am. seems to work for Me cheers

    Lifestyle habit is powerful. Never had to look for exercise programs. I built houses for 50 years. So now I MUST make myself find exercise SO I will go back to body surfing. Now THATS enjoyable lifestyle even for an OLD FART cheers

      Yes but in a nutshell what food does he recommend burns fat whichs the reason I was drawn into viewing this video as advertised in the first place...Over 2hours long with no time stamps!

    Great information 👍Thanks so much for sharing :) It will help me to make better, more healthy choices regarding the food I eat, my sleep habits and other important aspects of my health and wellbeing.
    Ps… actually the information about fat burning food like tomatoes, for example, was given @ 14 minutes and 44 seconds 😊 It’s really good to have all of the explanation what it is all about and how our body works. Otherwise just the list of food products would not make so much sense. Thanks again for this podcast and for your time to explain everything in very simple and interesting way.

    ❤ what actual food burns fat though? I'm 15Minutes into this & it's all about not consuming close to bed time no mention of the food which burns fat! Come on this videos over 2hours long too Most folks don't have 2hours to get to the punchline This is like clickbait so far!😮😢 Immense disappointment
