Check out the Chindian community in Malaysia and Singapore, which is a Chinese and Indian mix, and most of the Indians in these cases are Tamil. The resulting kids tend to have features that resemble those in these 2 girls. In general I think this is a result of Indian + East or Southeast Asian.
