I didnt know about cortizone until someone told me, I thought it was for bug bites 😂 but it specifies it's for eczema. And when I had bad flare up, it would give me instant relief on my lips and hands. It just tastes terrible lmao and not sure what it does if ingested, so I had to be mindful not to lick my lips or wipe ot off when i had to eat. So just make sure he doesnt rub and touch his mouth! Sorry for the long messages but hope it helps of he hasnt found an answer yet!

1000% the only doctors that know anything about wellness and preventative are naturopaths and insurance doesn't cover them. The Pharma companies are paying dr's to boost pharmaceuticals and its a business. The is no emphasis on what is natural. The goal for people who are self aware is to live a life without being dependent on a pill cocktail every morning. Celery juice is inexpensive. Try and and just listen to your own body and see how you feel vs unknown side effects and long term declines due to side effects they haven't even seen yet.

2:30 - consult your doctor? On diet? Doctors really know nothing about nutrition. Family doctor refers people to nutritionist, who take don't keep up with the latest science on things like how LDL sticks, breaks down, gets inflamed, or stabilized. That's why we come to UA-cam... Because MOST doctors know less than me about my specific needs and goals.

Didn’t hear this in your video, but celery juice also has a “mild” natural diuretic, therefore some of the weight loss may be attributed to expelled water.
My daughter told me about celery juice many years ago. She was juicing it daily and got me into this “trend.” It was literally both store and labor intensive, as you need to keep fresh celery on hand, wash all celery stalks prior to juicing, then wash the juicer. Did it for months before reading it was a natural diuretic. Eventually stopped after finding out about its diuretic qualities.
Also, another find was when my friends were juicing cucumbers to mix with different liquors, such as vodka, gin, etc. I guess they were attempting to mitigate the alcohol 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Googled and found out that cucumber is naturally high in copper. Not bad as a serving, but if loading up on it while drinking you could upset your copper zinc balance.
Moral: even if the key ingredient is natural, like an herb, it may still have negative effects on your body.

Theres no patent on natural products so therefore no billion dollar profits so shareholders won't recieve their dividends and they pull their shares and big pharma misses out. Celery juice is very good, but you can not rely on celery juice only. gotta remember the nutrients for our body. Celery juice is just an healthy addition. People probably forgets that and ends up low blood pressure or hypoglycaemia. Water is very good for health but if we drink 4 -5 l of water our kidney will be damaged for over functioning. We need to include everything in our diet (calcium, potassium, carbs, good cholesterol, protein) and we get them all by eating different colours food not just eating 1 thing. Electrolytes such as magnesium and potassium are good for our heart and we get them by eating 1 banana a day or any veggies that includes Mg & k.
