  • Although not from scratch, this makes a great meal when you’re short on time. See my other Instant Pot videos here: tinyurl.com/yc...
You can add tomatoes, corn, zucchini, or another vegetable you like before cooking to make it heartier. We like to eat this with sourdough or French bread and butter spread.
I know the package directions are to boil the soup for 15 minutes, but we have always found this to be insufficient. The IP is great because you can cook the sausage in the pot, and you don’t have to babysit the stove while it cooks!
Have you tried this in your IP?

Great video! To the point, nothing unnecessary, not over-produced. Off to make some soup....

Nicely done! Long enough to be thorough without taking too much time! I’m eager to try this tonight!

Thank you for such a brief, to the point, clear video. You didn’t waste my time prepping, talking talking talking or overworking details. I had been thinking of cooking my Bear Creek mixes in the IP and was only looking for a time but I enjoyed your whole clip. Now I would have given it 6 minutes but will do 9 mins. I will also use your tip with the paper grease mop...and might try sausage instead of beef! Good job!

Thank you for watching and the nice comment! I'm not sure if this would work with the creamy Bear Creek mixes, I've never tried, but have not had good experiences with milk/cream in the IP.
Definitely try the sausage! I just had some of this soup for lunch today! :)

Are you using pressure cooker or manual. You did not mention what setting to use. I see Manual??

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question, but I use manual mode for pressure cooking, not a preset button. You can see exactly what I do at 2:58. Thanks

To be honest this was steal torturous for someone with attention problems but im not having a good day so that could be part of it. Had to watch it 4 times to catch the time . I do appreciate the help though. I just wish more people would write out the directions in description or in the video because it's easier to follow for me and I'm guess for others like me.

Beautiful. This is exactly what I set out to learn how to do. Thanks for producing this. UPDATE: I did this tonight and it worked to perfection.

@@clearingclutterforclarity1508 honestly I eat it the same way you do. Only difference is I cook 2 bags and garlic bread. Its good at work when I'm out in the cold.
