Awesome collection and displays. Once my Mando and Death Trooper arrive I'm just about done with 1/6 collecting. I will have around 40 figures and that's enough for me. I struggle with space in the house and the challenge for me is to have all my pieces neatly scattered throughout the house where all the pieces don't overpower each other but still complement each other.
I had the same problem using the ikea display cases. once I got moducase, they didn't look so overpowered, you need to space them out more to appreciate all of them.

Love the comparison review, here’s my issue when I ask another collector for their advice on what they think a figure is worth and they say what ever you’re willing to pay that is a cop out. I will not pay scalper prices on eBay and Mercari when I can get them for MSRP from toy shops in my area. In my opinion collecting what you love shouldn’t mean you get raped for your hard earned money by scalpers on third party sites.

Great comparison my friend, that’s what makes moducase such a good display case, it’s the flexibility you have with the different series cases and you can pick what works best for your collection. For me DF120 worked best, I have a few 1/4 hot toys and have more vertical space than horizontal so that was the play for me, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of their cases, all are terrific !
Great video! I’ve been looking at moducase for a while, but I hadn’t pulled the trigger cause I knew I was moving last year. So I got the new house and display room space now. I have the Blitzway Ecto-1 and 1/6 Ghostbusters and by my estimations that should fit in a DF120. I also have the BTTF Delorean and figures and ED-209 which are all my biggest 1/6 stuff. So I’m here viewing your Moducases for ideas of unit sizes and shapes. Any other suggestions or input for what I’m wanting to display would be greatly appreciated.
Hey.. Happy to help. If you have the vehicles I would definitely suggest you go with DF120. they will work out for sure. depending on what else you have you could do DF60s or two the DF120 and one DF130

I ordered 3 of the long sixth series cases back in February of 2020. I just got the email a couple days ago that they are two weeks from arriving at my house. Insane wait time but it is what it is.

Hey, I dont think you'd get him on his stand inside the sixth scale, without the stand you will tho. You could also get the sixth scale 98 case and adjust the shelf!

mirror backing isn't something I went for, sometimes I find it distracting to the font of the figures, but to each their own. I love the risers with the doors, I would have had those for the DF wall system if they offered it back then. haven't had them in hand tho.

Ive been holding off getting Moducases for simply fact of not knowing enough about them. Watching your video made my decision of getting some way easier! I think I'm leaning towards the sixth series because of depth not being so long. I was wondering what weight limit would you recommend when buying one? And are you able to put figures on top of the cases ?
lol. these would hold any 1/6 figure, if you wanted to do all die cast iron man you could. statues would be the only thing I would start to worry about
I like the strips as they give off more light. they normally provide the right supply when you buy the cases, upgrading would be if you plan to add more lights late I believe

they are pure white, I have a few of the risers as you can see them in this video. ( one is even in the thumbnail picture ) I haven't had the need to upgrade the weight strength. I think thats going to depend on what it is you collect
so im not sure of the temperature of the lights, I didn't get to compare them to the others. there are 2 holes per board tho, and you could very easily make another one if you needed, so I would be confident that you'd get everything you want inside with wires

Agree about the risers. When I ordered mine I had him chop the stand height in half.
these are still good for some figures, but 3 inch is the best way to go I think. they are awesome tho
@@thecollector7347 for sure. They way I saw it was I’d have them be 2.5 inch rise, then if I needed more height I can use risers on top of that.

I don't think my figures all weight enough for that to be an issue for me. If you need to support more weight you should check out the MAX series
