How do you deal with climbing rats?
Because my cage is around 6 foot high and they climb it?

My rats climb in mine too. Thing is rats are fossorial by nature. They can climb but should not be forced to climb.
If you look at my setups you’ll notice i prioritize floor space, because thats where rats naturally would live, but also give an upper layer that they can climb and run around on.
My bigger rats don’t really use this much though they can if they wish. But the dwarf boys use it regularly. So i make sure to provide it.
I can fit my 5’4” self inside. So the cage is plenty tall enough for them.
