You are kind people to do what you can with your skills to help others, sometimes we need to do things for our community we don’t get paid for, but I assure you, your respected and thanked for your kind hearts.

What’s incredible to me is that the dog’s skin wasn’t in worse condition!

We found a dog in this condition in our bathroom once. Our daughters found him in the middle of the road when they were going out in the evening, picked him up and brought him home. He was obviously abandoned for a long time and very hungry. He was so sweet and we brought him the next day to the kennels we had helped starting. We already had 9 rescue dogs living in our home as well as 7rescue cats so we could not keep him, but it had a happy ending.

@@teamlucas6327 The video explains what happened. I think it's lovely that the team was doing their best to keep the dog and owner together. They did not wish the owner would "have her turn" or "pay" or "go to suffer." Their beautiful hearts included compassion and a willingness to help her, too. A good lesson for all of us, I think.

I thank God for people like you it shows me that compassion for humans ,animals, others are still alive in a world where self and greed has taken over. I love animals and I have 6 outside cats I care for,and one inside whose mother abandoned at 1 week. She is 4 now and beautiful. I hope you can continue your work thank you for caring.

The owner isn’t taking care of the dog. Maybe she is too old. It’s expensive to have a dog. For the animals sake I hope he gets a new owner.

At first I couldn't tell which side was his head. 🤦♀️ I'm so happy that these people have it in their heart to help out animals in these conditions. This dog must have felt great after he woke up; you could see how he's sitting upright ❤

Hard to believe that his Skin wasn’t raw, red, inflamed after having carried the urine and trapped feces so close to his skin for so long. Or that there weren’t maggots in it.

This is unspeakable for a precious dog to go through such trauma because someone can no longer take care of the dog properly. This little one should have been fostered out for a new adoption.
The guy said that this dog is the only thing that the old woman has, she was sad when they took him. Now they bring him back but promised to check him out periodically and help with grooming and vets

@@Deadpurpleflower i don't think they lost contact because they made arrangements with a lady who said she would help the elderly lady take care of the dog, so I believe these people will keep in touch with that lady in the future to continue taking care of this dog. I heard him say something along those lines and I really hope they all do their part to continue helping this dog and his elderly owner ❤🙏❤
@@aruvielevenstar3944They have a Rescue ,the dogs look beautiful and many fortunately get adopted .And if you want to adopt a dog from Serbia it taked 3 months to bring him to the UK. From Croatia it takes a month but they are EU.Romanians have a sistem to bring dogs to the UK .
Even if you can’t afford a professional groom, there’s no excuse for letting a dog get into this condition, especially if you say you love them. Get out your own pair of scissors and give them a trim, long before the hair gets overgrown and matted… and give them a bath regularly. Even if the “at home style” haircut makes the dog look funny, it will grow out and look fine in a few weeks. Their health and happiness is your #1 priority as a dog owner. No excuses.

I can't express how much I admire the humanity and skill of these people. I was kind of disappointed not to see when the little guy woke up to find that massive discomfort removed. God bless him and these caregivers.

Absolutely heartbreaking video, and yes, I was in tears almost immediately. I can’t even begin to imagine how much pain and suffering this little boy has been through. I truly hope that he will be more comfortable and that he’ll be looked after properly and fully surrounded by love. It just breaks my heart to see these poor little dogs in this kind of shape. I have a small dog. I am 64 years old. I can. not afford to take my little one to a groomer. But I have been grooming him myself since. he was a pup. If I get to the point where I can't do it anymore. I will find someone to love him and give him a good home. Before I would ever let him suffer like this. my little one will be eleven years old in March. It would break my heart. to give him up. But it's better than to let him suffer. Just had to watch this! We took in a rescue dog 8-9 years ago, and still have her. She had to have a medical shave and looked so much like this dog all matted. We love our sweet Abby and can’t imagine life without her. ❤
Same. Ours had been with a hoarder, our other one was going to be used as a bait dog for pitbull fighters. We've had them almost 8 years.

No animal deserves to be abused this way or abandoned. People have the choice whether to bring an animal home or not but the animal has no choice. If you're not going to take care of them with proper food, vet visits, grooming, playtime, attention and love - then do the animal a favor and don't bring it home. Let someone else who sees their value and will love them take them home.

So thankful you could take this dog to the vet and have him sedated. This poor dog must have been in constant unending pain. Not many groomers would even know where to start on a case like this. The owners, no matter what the situation, should have taken care of this animal. It is nice to hear you and Sanja laughing and kidding around!
