- This kiln was full of basically everything, from fall to Halloween and the beginning of the holiday season. Woo! Lots of glaze combos shared. My favorites in this kiln were Clayscapes.

Hi Tiffinie! I just found the time to finish watching. It's been a busy weekend! Anyway, I love everything! And I think the owls are cute just as they are. I agree, Clayscapes Cream should be in everyone's glaze pool. It plays so well with others, and is great all on its own as well. And it's affordable! I'm glad you and most of the family are all doing better. Hugs about Rinka though. It's always tough to lose a fur baby.

I’m so sorry about your dog. I’m always devastated when it’s time to say goodbye, even when I know it’s the right thing to do. On a happier note, this was a fun kiln opening. I didn’t realize Tessa was also your daughter.

So sorry to hear about your lovely Rinka. So young! I had a pit bull who had acute renal failure. She crossed over in January of 2016 4 1/2 months after diagnosis. She was 12+ years old. Enjoy your time with her. Beautiful kiln opening as usual.

I'm so sorry to hear about your fur baby! We lost our german shepherd in March, right before her birthday. It's so hard when we know the time is drawing near. My heart goes out to you!

I’m so so so sorry to hear about your baby!!! They all go too soon. I loss my 6 year old heart dog in June. He was chasing a frisbee. Losing our loved fur babies is so hard. It’s something that can’t be forgotten or really able to get over totally. He will always be in my heart as yours will be in yours!🤗🥰🤗🥰

I’m so sorry about the devastating news about your beautiful Rinka. I hope you find something to eat that she likes. My husky mix every time she got sick, she ate just plain milk bones. My Labrador is 14 and has become a very picky eater. But her favorite of anything is raw beef or calf liver. Can’t eat a lot of it but as a food topper she will eat her food. Also bits of ham luncheat as food topper. Beef or chicken broth mixed with food. Best wishes to her. ❤️🙏🏻❤️

Hugs! Fur kids are family and it is always hard when it comes to the end of their short life because we love them so much but don't want them to suffer either.

So sorry about your lovely dog. We’re on acreage . We have f dogs on car and two horses buried here. All were so special.
So sorry to hear about your fur baby - I know how you feel - my sweet Archie had to be released over the rainbow bridge in May this year - unfortunately he got sick so fast that we only had a few hours of time with him by the time the vet realised he was deathly ill 😢 I miss him everyday - he was only eight - the vets took a print off his foot and I just got a tattoo of it so it will be with me forever 🥰

Question about a technique you are thinking about using. It is at 15:04 on the transcript and you mentioned whoting (spell?) What is the process you are considering. It was for the butter dish that the cover stuck to the base.
@@crazygrandchick Watting is a clay mix with alumina that you roll into balls to separate pieces for firing. It's used mainly in soda and wood firing.

@jackiemorrison2661 Its a mix of high-fire clay, alumina, and calcium. It's helps to prevent pottery from sticking to other pieces and kiln shelves. You see potters who wood and soda fire mainly using it.

@@Baruth1976 Wadding is used mostly with wood or soda firings. It's a mix of high-fire clay, alumina, and calcium and helps to prevent pottery from sticking to kiln shelves or other pieces during the glaze fire.
