oh boy, these things make a hell of a lot of sense. why is this 6k subs channel way ahead of the other "microbiome experts". but you really need to teach us how to handle these conditions. How to reduce ph if I have too many lactos? my stool test results sound a lot like this..
I launched the platform the end of February, so it's relatively new. Please help out by spreading the word. I do have a number of protocols available on my website. Themicrobiomeexpert.com
I appreciate all that you do to educate us 🙏. I have no FP and got Covid 3 times. My husband has FP and did not catch Covid from me. I knew then it was the FP that I am missing. My mother has dementia. I will use your protocol to get my mother’s symptoms under control. Thank you 🙏
True...nobody is putting-out there the comparative relevant data anything like what you are doing. The value here is incalculably large; its costs relatively low...while so many are psychically trapped into high costs very dangerous Standard American Diet and consequent disease pain and suffering.
Really enjoying your videos! You mention often than dysbiotic guts are usually higher in pH than optimal. Is not the benefit of lactobaccilus strains is that they will work to lower pH in the gut and help the good bacteria flourish?
From this video where your comment originates, I also talk about the pH being too low as well, lactate accumulation. There is a goldilocks zone, also mentioned, which is ideal for the health-promotors. Outside of this zone, they can get out-competed by bad actors. Also at play is oxygen tension and inflammation. Watch the video again. I know they are dense with information, but that's the point. To learn things with me that you won't find anywhere else. As you watch more videos, you'll see that Lactobacillus has terrible data. In fact, being released either today or tomorrow will be my video on type 2 diabetes/obesity, where I have plenty more bad things to say about Lactobacillus.
I get this question often. So, fungi are opportunistic pathogens as well, just like bad acting bacteria. The strategy is the same. See my protocols on my website to find the one that suites your needs. Themicrobiomeexpert.com
Excellent, thank you, I have been listening to your posts for only a few days but find them fascinating. I wonder if Lactobacteria are easy for pro biotic sellers to grow on mass which is why they all seem to be pushing it?
you're correct. I mention this at times. If they could grow, manufacture, transport and have a good shelf life for the true heroes of the gut, then it would be a different story. But F prausnitzii dies within two minutes of air exposure. Hence, you get marketing, and not consistent results.
Thank you, that’s very disappointing as I have been making yogurt as advocated by Dr William Davis . I will look at your SIBO protocol as a starting point
That's what everyone says. Eat fermented foods. That's one of the ways I differ. They just don't know the science. They are just parroting. It's one of the things that makes me the best at what I do, which is why I decided to launch the platform. Now.....people need to know that I exist.
Hi Guy!! The info you provide in this video is related to the large intestine, right? The presence of lactobacilli in the small intestine is larger than in the large intestine, isn't it?
Generally, yes, the large intestine, but I also discuss the small intestine. Lacto could potentially be here in the small intestine, especially in SIBO
Yes. It's very confusing online. There is amazing info and info only there to line someone's pocket. Let me ask you this. Is anyone else supporting what they say with extensive references like I do?
Hello! What are your thoughts on Oral probiotics like BLIS K12 and K18 ? I am considering these for my oral hygiene roitine. I read also that oral bacteria is necessary for proper digestion of dietady nittates (lettuce, etc) to release NO in the gut. I am concerned I lack these oral bacteria due to heavy use pf oral antiseptics.
I would probably lighten up and the antiseptics and encourage a proper diet. The prebiotics within whole foods should help to replenish what has been depleted. There are also supplements prebiotics in various forms for the mouth. And for sure I'd floss.
Well, for someone whose bifido count is 0 in the microbiota test, would you recommend a probiotic containing only bifido or a high fiber diet? The other option is a high fiber diet and bifido probiotics, which one do you think ?
if you're dysbiotic, it could be double trouble. you have the lactobacillus and the dairy proteins, which are highly problematic for many who are dysbiotic. keep watching the videos to learn more.
If i may ask do you have a preference on a probiotic supplement? I have been taking a 10 strain of lactobacillus from Walgreens for several weeks now but apparently its not so good. What do you recommend is best?
I don't. Keep watching the videos and you'll understand why, and what my philosophy is, and why it works so well. Stop the probiotic zombie thinking madness. You've been marketed to. Think independently.
Hello ! What about the famous L. Reuteri's strains ? Is it true they can eradicate patogens bacteria ? Is it neutral in the case of a methabolic sindtome or neutodegeneration environment ? Some people sayed it's good against patogens and for sleep.
Please keep watching the videos. I talk about the terrible data for Lactobacillus in those who are dysbiotic in almost every video. I can't avoid coming across it. There are far better ways to address your microbiome health. Feel free to visit my website and view the protocols I have or schedule a consult. Themicrobiomeexpert.com
Hej doc, I like this approach and thinking about everything behind the lactobacillus curtains. Question, recently I check my microbiome and it's says, higher level of bacteroides vulgatus, high level of akremensia and low level(almost zero) of lactobacillus, and some more minor changes ... so clearly level of dysbiosis, ... and of course my ND says take lactobacillus supplementatio, kefir, etc... still I am feeling like shi*, tiredness, weakness, muscle/joints pain, couldn't regain weight, ... specialist rullout IBD, because they checked calprotectin is very low, and they dismissed me as hypersensitivity GI issue. WTF is going on with doctors these days, so what I need to do moving forward, any advice or suggestion? Thnx much.
The taxa you presented don't necessarily indicate to me dysbiosis, not to say that you aren't. I look at the whole picture. If you have that many problems, I'd definitely avoid Lactobacillus probiotics and kefir. Keep watching my videos to understand why. You can start with the video on pH. Also, it may be a good idea to schedule a consult with me, which you can do at my website, Themicrobiomeexpert.com
thanks for that. can't believe how I've damaged myself with dumb health advice, home brewing double fermented kefir the sourer the better. wonder why my health got worse over time. now I know! took almost half a year to feel normal again, christ I suffered from seasonal allergies even in winter! can't even stand dairy anymore. milk is for babies. I purchased your ibs-c protocol and I'm stoked! stuff is coming in from the us next week!
thanks for your comments. if you have any simple questions about the protocol, email me on my website for privacy. also, when you're happy, and odds are you will be, I'll be happy to post your video testimonial, so we can spread the word, and help the next person.
There are so many things I'd do first before that. I simply never recommend it, and my results are excellent. Keep watching the videos and you'll better understand.
taking a butyrate supplement is not a bad idea, you have to understand why you're taking it however. It's not loved by most of the good bacteria, it's produced by most of the good bacteria, and it's loved by the cells that line the colon, and does a number of other great things. And depending on the butyrate supplement, it won't even reach the colon, because it will be quickly absorbed in the small intestine. You're better off feeding the health-promoting bacteria, they do so much more than produce butyrate.
Well, it so happens you can go to my website (Themicrobiomeexpert.com) and view and read many testimonials or you can scroll through my videos here and see most of the video ones. I also have over 1,000 references built into my videos. I'm not sure that will work however, since you're so quick to dismiss (everything coming out of my mouth) without doing a tiny bit of scrolling and watching my videos to at least try to understand my perspective. That's fine. Plenty of others will grasp it.

Thanks for your input. Keep watching. Many more to come.
I just started researching the microbiome and found your channel, I guess I'm up to a good start.
Keep on watching. I'd put my content up against anything else out there. Let everyone know. I just launched a few months ago.
Thanks for your meticulous effort!
You're welcome. Let everyone know. I just launched about 4 months ago.

Hi Dr Guy Daniels,
Do you have a video on candida in the digestive system? How to get rid of it?
I get this question often. So, fungi are opportunistic pathogens as well, just like bad acting bacteria. The strategy is the same. See my protocols on my website to find the one that suites your needs. Themicrobiomeexpert.com

Based on this should I throw away my milk kefir?
If you are dysbiotic, yes. I have had a number of people tell me they got worse on fermented foods. Has this happened to anyone else out there?
Great content, this includes L. Reuteri and Gasseri?
Yes, those two as well. And thanks. Don't forget to subscribe and share. I just launched in February, and am still trying to grow the platform.

Isn’t Lactobacillus in fermented foods?
yes
The art of fermenting food in my way of fermenting cooked beans is to get rid of lectins overnight without over fermenting it
