That one was nice! I had some trouble with coordination during the agility drills, the push-up forms in pt 2 are fun. It was fun but less intense than the intense workout. I'll probably include those agility drills in my own workouts especially when I'll do exterior workouts.

+Harry Vogel Hi Harry. This is a start but you have to train consistently, have good nutrition and look at progress over time. It all depends what shape you are in right now so keep me posted.
