Thank you for the reply, I honestly can't wait to get stuck in, I was doing it up until I was 3-4 months but had to stop due to SPD. 13 weeks and counting 😬 x
How long should a KB workout be?
Great to hear from you. Kettlebell workouts can be 30 to 45 minutes long. Some may be an hour depending on your fitness level. The key is to go with your level and work up gradually! Keep me updated! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales

Does the 30 to 45 mins include warm up and cool down
@@mollydevlin5440 I'm no expert, but I would say so. Try doing more than two of these videos in a row with even moderately heavy kb's and you'll quickly find yourself on the floor gasping for air. ;)
