Loved it, clearly explained and demoed. In 40+ years of wrestling, I had not seen a B&C/half nelson combo (how is that possible?). He left out the stack--if the down man is up on his knees, force his head down with your free hand, lift the trapped hand (and his hips) and then roll him forward over the top. Usually requires a little posted leg assist to get the opponent's hips up. The stack and tilt are my preferred finishes to use and teach.
