Is there anyone on this planet that's aged more gracefully than Sally Field?! My gawd...she's still a beautiful woman! 76 years old! No way. Always have/always will love her.
Scammer^
It's phenomenal, as well as inspirational.
@@jamesanderson6373 I reported him. He’s gone.
She’s still an awesome, humane, human-being. I remember watching reruns of “The Flying Nun” as a little kid.
Always a favorite and I go back to Gidget with this lovely lady!!!
When you consider that Sally Field is in her SEVENTH DECADE of performing, and that she has excelled on both TV and in movies -- and that she is STILL ACTING -- you realize why this woman is an American treasure. She deserves all of the awards she's won, and more. Younger viewers should check out her entire body of work, including the improbable TV series hit "The Flying Nun" from the 1960s.
💯 Bravo Mark 💪
Couldn't have said it better myself. 😊
She's only been acting for 57 years.
@@billwenham Were you alive in 1965 when she was the Flying Nun? I was 6. How about you?
@@Hillbilly001 I was 10.
@@billwenham Just wanted to be sure. A lot of child trolls rome these parts. LoL. Cheers
Sally Field is simply iconic. She’s got killer comic timing!
Agree! Always feels so natural!
I know a guy who was fortunate enough to be a PA on a set of one of her movies. He showed us a photo of him and Sally and it was adorable. He said she is even MORE wonderful than you think. 🥰❤️
I'd always hoped it was so❣️
Critics like Siskel and Ebert would say "This movie had no script, or direction and was just awful, but Sally Field was absolutely brilliant, even with nothing to work this." Directors would say "Sally is an actor and not a Diva, as she always shows up ready and knows her lines."
Few people have made me laugh and cry since I was child . Thank you Sally Field's.
She knocked my socks off in Norma Rae, which I believe was her first Oscar winning performance.🏆
Brilliant actor. Never seen a bad performance from her. She's fantastic.
I remember after seeing her in Gidget & The Flying Nun, she portrayed "Sybil" with 7 personalities and going "Wow!!" She was brilliant!!
She still is.
My oldest granddaughter fell in love with Gidget when we had antenna tv because we were poor. She loved Gidget so much that it's now her nickname. Thank you Sally for bringing joy to three generations of my family. 🥰
Sweet story.
Even rich people only had antennas when she made that! 3 channels maybe. For everybody. Glorious.
You had an antenna because that was the only way to get TV for anyone. Rich folk just had bigger antennas. Cable happened mid to late 70s. SHEESH!
@@FistandFootMartialArts not true. We had cable and UHF in the early to mid 60’s. We were by no means well off. People from out in the country would come to our house to watch Caseous Clay fights and Seattle Seafair hydroplane races. Our TVs had tubes you took to town to recharge or something, you used a machine at the grocery store. The family that came for tv at our house also had party line phones.
@@graphicallydeb9897 UHF I'll buy. But cable??? As I was 9 in 1970, and have Asperger's (undiagnosed at the time) I wasn't aware of national trends. The mid-70s is when it came to western Washington
I love Sally and all the roles she expertly (and lovingly) portrayed. Kudos for guesting her, Stephen!
Oh jusus. I can't forget that SNL sketch.
Amen!
She was a real bitch in Mrs doubtfire
But I'm sure she was nice off camera
How the fuck is his wife ok with the frenching of Sally field
sally field kicks so much ass. love this woman
Sally Field is one of the greats!
I hope she will make movies for years to come. Also this sounds stupid but I like when people age more or less naturally. I'm tired of 'doll-faces'.
She is one of the best actresses I've ever seen. By far.
I first watched her in the Flying Nun. It's funny to have grown up with her.
Been a fan since the flying nun. Love her in Steel Magnolia, just a wholesome down to earth, wonderful lady.
Love Sally Field in any film. She has sooo much energy & is sooo believable in all the characters she portrays.
Sally Field is a shining beacon of amazing wonderfulness
One of my all-time favorites. So good to see her again.!
Who here is old enough to remember the flying nun?
Me 🖐 Australian TV Black & White 📺 😚
At 76 she looks fantastic ❤
Struth. Bloody oath.
I’m old enough to remember her previous TV series called Gidget.
76?! My God I never would've guessed. 😳
🙋🏼♀️ I watched it as a kid growing up in Puerto Rico. It was dubbed in Spanish. Then I came to live in Los Angeles when I was 12. I watched it in English. I LOVED that show! I was just telling a friend that when I was 7, I once told a nun that I liked that show. She bit my head off. Wth did I know the nun community considered it an insult?! 😂
Yep. 1966. I recall loving Sally Field in this series. All your work has been wonderful. You were a great influence on kids.. thank you. 😊
I absolutely loved Sally in the movie Places In The Heart. ❤️
And in Not Without My Daughter.
Sally and Stephen, it cheered my soul to see her on your stage and listen to her stories!! Thank you so much!!
*👆👆⬆️Thanks for watching please endeavor to message right away the digit above I will love to hear your thoughts on it and for more enlightenment❤️🔝🆙.⬆️..***
Sally Field is so talented! She has ages gracefully and is still beautiful! No fish lips, cheek implants nor multiple facelifts.
I loved "The Flying Nun". Sally is absolutely a national treasure.
Not to dis her, she's a fine actress, but I still can't believe people would rather see a nun fly than my favorite and best TV western, Cimarron Strip, that was opposite her!
That is so right. She is a national treasure. And as someone else noted. She is an international treasure.
I've loved her in everything since the flying nun...EVERYTHING! And she still has her own face!!!! (ie no crazy plastic work!!!)
thats good cosmetic surgery. X2, at least.
Loved Sally playing identical cousins in the Patty Duke show. Also Gidget! I was in high school and I desperately wanted to be her! ❤❤❤
Sally is a talented, beautiful lady.
Sally Field is one of my favorite actors, and she looks terrific!
She is a gem so nice to see her.
I've loved Ms. Field for over 50 years. She's an earth angel. Blessings!!
We hold a special place in our hearts for Sally Field. Standing "O" . "We like you, we really like you !"
Sally Field, Patty Duke, Sissy Spacek just Spectacular!!!💕💕
I’m 70 & grew up watching her since I was a teenager. As cool & calm as I am, I would probably fall apart with tears of loving appreciation from just being around her - especially taking in the down to earth demeanor she’s sharing here 🤗❤️
Dare I say that Sally Field can step into the shoes of Betty White as the ageless, funny, talented, and loveable older lady we all should have in our life.
I have loved Sally Field since I was a little kid. One of the most beautiful energies in existence. One of the most amazing humans. And one of the most amazing women. She is such a perfect example of strength and goodness and talent and beauty. All in one 5'3" physical body. I cried when Bubba Blue died. I cried when Jenny died. And I sobbed when Mama Gump died. I can't watch Sally Field without crying and laughing. Her presence opens my heart no matter how dark the world gets. Thank you, Sally Field, for being such a beautiful and powerful light of love in this world, by just being yourself.
I loved her as a child and still do so today! Gidget, Flying Nun and so much more... ❤
I had no idea she'd already been on here twice before. I was somewhat surprised when he introduced her. Great to see here still going strong! All due respect to Sandra Bullock, but imo, Sally Field is truly "America's sweetheart". 😻
^scammer
How can you not love her?!?!?!!?!?!?❤❤❤❤❤ she is one of few remaining legends of Hollywood!!!!! Talented, beautiful and so sweet 😋 ❤️ 😍 loved her in ANY film she has ever made!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Classic Sally Fields
Humble funny & never ages !
She looks amazing for being 76 years young. Absolutely stunning!
*👆👆⬆️Thanks for watching please endeavor to message right away the digit above I will love to hear your thoughts on it and for more enlightenment❤️🔝🆙.⬆️..*
Sally is great..always pretty...natural hair..none of them are like her..no dye no plastic..beautiful. Lesson to the fakes.
And would it be so terrible if she dyed her hair? You don’t need to implicitly body shame and criticize female things to compliment someone. Sally is beautiful bc of who she is. She still would be if she dyed her hair. She if she don’t. You can be fake AF without a stitch of makeup. Being real has to do with character. Are you saying Dolly Pardon isn’t real? But thanks to reducing an accomplished woman to her looks. How very materialistic/misogynistic/ sexist of you 🙄🙄🙄
@@deathbeforedecaf7755 wow...
Sally always brings a smile to my face.
We like her, we really like her.
What I love about her is her Childlike innocence. But smart as a whip and extremely talented ❤️
Legend! I adore her ❤
Sally Field does not age! What a sweet talented woman🥰
Look at her. Still amazing as ever ❤️
I totally loved her performance in Forest Gump and all her other amazing films. She's a classic actress for all times❣️😊🤗❣️😘🤙
I love Sally! I knew her as Miranda Hillard in Mrs Doubtfire and her acting was amazing. She's an elegant and beautiful lady too!
Such a special lady. Love her.
Àgeing gracefully and looking beautiful. Few celebrities have the confidence to carry this off.
Many people would tell me I looked just like her in the 70's. So, I was the flying nun for Halloween 🎃. Ir was so much fun. I have always loved Sally fields!
I loved you when I was 6 years old watching you fly over San Tanco and I still love you Sally Field!
I just watched 'Smokey and the Bandit' for the umpteenth time and have to say, Sally was sexy in 1977 and still is in 2022! A timeless woman of boundless talent! 🤩
Gidget!! Flying nun!! Both brought a good laugh!! And of course all her movie roles, at least 43!!! Sally Field has aged so gracefully! Great interview!
I love LOVE LOVE SALLY!!! Beautiful woman AMAZING ACTRESS💕❤️much R E S P E C T!!!!!🎉🎉
Sally is so loveable and talented, no wonder Burt missed her so much!
Wait! What about "Gidget"?! She did that before "The Flying Nun". That's when America came to know her first.
I was just thinking about that. Sally has been a fantastic artist for a long time. She is a treasure like Betty White was.
An American treasure.
I have been sweet on Sally since elementary school!!! I'm 60 now, and STILL think she's BEAUTIFUL. I just love her...
I've loved Sally Field since The Flying Nun, which I watched weekly as a child on "antenna" TV. I have loved all of her roles but the standouts for me have been: Norma Rae, her recurring role on ER and her, along with the entire stellar ensemble cast, role in Steel Magnolias. No actress or actor has the depth and range she does. She's the real deal and that's why she has "always been working." She is an American treasure.
I only know Sally as Sassy in the Homeward Bound movies but I watched those so many time that she is a big part of my childhood!
I am only a couple years younger than Sally. Her role that is still my favorite is Gidget. She influenced me to go live in California and then Hawaii, to follow the surfing dream. I still live in Hawaii, where my kids and grandkids surf.
My father worked on the flying nun with her. He loved her so much.
I love her so much! ❤❤❤
I've always loved Gidget and all her other roles!!! Thanks for sharing and Happy Holidays to all!!!
Burt Reynolds said Sally Field was the love of his life.
And her reply was, "Isn't that nice." 🙄
🤣😂😆
I have loved Sally Field since she was the Flying Nun! I just love her.
Sally is freakin' timeless. What a legend!
Scammer^
But when Smokey and the Bandit came out she was the WOW factor. She was the smoke. so talented and funny.
Burt Reynolds said that Sally Field is the one true love that got away. When I was at his house for his 75th birthday party in Jupiter Florida, there were pictures of Sally Field and a lot of other women that he dated.
Sally Field is still so beautiful and likeable and adorable!
I loved the Flying Nun , she was such a rebel 😇
How did he not mention Steel Magnolias in the intro? Half of Chickadee Parish would give their eye teeth to take a whack a Wheezer.
Sally and Colbert are icons and national treasures!
*👆👆⬆️Thanks for watching please endeavor to message right away the digit above I will love to hear your thoughts on it and for more enlightenment❤️🔝🆙.⬆️..***
I cannot express how much I love her and admire her talent, such a lovable person!!
Love Sally. If you haven't seen Norma Ray, Places in The Heart, Steel Magnolias, Sybil, etc. You are missing out. Sally is at the top of my list of best actor/actresses.
Love Sally Field!
"You look fantastic."
She really does... she looks like a actress PLAYING an older lady.
"...since I was a child!" Stephen really put his foot in it there!! 😄
Sally Field, International Treasure.
Like Stephen, I’ve loved Sally Field all my life. I’m always impressed by her acting and her public persona. She’s a true treasure 😍
The beloved Sally Fields!! ♥️
Love love love Sally Fields. Really loved her as the Flying Nun…
Mrs. Sally Fields.
Still Beautiful. One of the
Best shows on T.V. In that time period . The flying Nun.
My favorite 😍 💓 😇.
She was a Gem 💎 ❤
This is a GREAT movie! I Had the privilege to see an advance screening and she is fantastic in it.
Just looks great for her age, and loved her since Maybe I'll Come Home In The Spring, which I remember seeing when it first aired in 1970. It's probably here on UA-cam, as it's slipped into the public domain; worth watching for it's look at post-hippie era versus Cali suburban life. Eleanor Parker plays her mom; they did another TV movie together where they played sisters, ironically, just a few years later.
Still adorable as ever. Fell in love with her since 💕 I first seen her in Gidget.
Loved her in Not Without my Daughter… also Forrest Gump, which I know is obvious but she was still just so great I had to mention it. We watched it last weekend with my kids and they thought she was amazing
I’ve always loved this lady. Looking fantastic too!
I believe Sally Field is the best American actor working today. She is the best example of what great talent and hard work can do.
Awww...so good to see Sally Fields looking so great.
Sally's energy and vibe never get old ❤
Lmao not Sally Field contemplating whether to make out with Stephen Colbert 😂
Has there ever been a more adorable human? And her hair still looks great, by the way.
Sally Field is one of the greatest actors of all time.
Am I the only one who saw Kiss Him Goodbye? Sally and James Caan and Jeff Bridges. Delightful movie!!
Ever since Steel Magnolias, I’ve wished she was my mother 🥰🥰
Absolutely beautiful!!!! Love...love...love her!!!
Sally still looks awesome!
