Your yoga is the only yoga I do. I've been doing it for months now and every time I try someone else, I just have to go back to yours. I can do your yoga without looking at the screen. You are so good with directions and your pace is perfect. Just wanted you to know you have a big fan here :)

For those complaining that it is too fast, what I did is slowed down the speed in the settings of the video. It helped me and I found the sequence great. Do what suits you! Thanks Sarah!

I posted this on another video too, but I really want you to know that I LOVE that you start each yoga video, by starting to do YOGA. All too often, internet yogis want to talk to you for 3-5 minutes before they start a routine. Your videos stand out and are awesome because you do not do this. Thank you for 15 minutes of yoga with clear instruction and clear demostrations. Please keep up the good work.

So my upper body has been in so much pain all day today from my job and working out diligently. I did this 15 minute session and like 75% of my pain is gone!! This is why I always come back to Sarah Beth❤

This routine has a magical way of being energizing yet also relaxing! I think ‘refreshing’ is the perfect way to describe it! I have been doing your videos for months now and I am finally feeling confident enough to do this 7-day challenge. Since I started practicing in February or so, I thought I was making no progress. I have cried after practicing because my downward dog doesn't look right, and it's very hard. BUT, today, starting this challenge, I know I have made tremendous strides. I am sure my down dog looks worlds better than it did. But, the greatest victory that I can see: I can now touch my toes without even stretching first! I can just bend right over and touch my toes. In my 20 years of life, I had only been able to touch my toes ONE TIME. I remember it. I stretched and worked out so hard that day. With minutes of yoga a day, over time, I've managed to do what I thought was impossible. Thank you so much for all your content and for having such a manner that I really feel like you believe in me through your videos

I've been following your channel and doing daily practice for 3 months now. It's been time for me to go beyond beginner and try more challenging things. Out of all the instructors, you fit me the best. Today's, Monday practice, was a bit hard and fast. I only made it through half way. I'm doing the weekly challenge. I know with persistence, I'll eventually be able to get all the way through.
Great start to the beginning of the next 7days of yoga. Nicely done Samantha. If you’re just starting your yoga practice you may want to watch it through first so you’ll be able to flow better with the cues. Coming back to this 7 Day Challenge and found Day 1 quite difficult in keeping up (I have Fibromyalgia and spinal issues from cervical to Lumbar/S.I. but have been doing yoga for several years off & on and moreso on this year). I even slowed the speed down but couldn't keep up same speed. I had to forego a few flow movements to catch up. I even paused for a moment to catch up. A little frustrating on my part and my spine is burning a little now but I will come back to this one to get it down better, if possible. If not......there's plenty of videos to choose from! I didnt do everything correct, but I hung in there and did what I could. I'm 6 months into yoga. Im voluptuous and seasoned with arthritis.....but I DID IT
Tried it this morning...lol. Kicked my bottom. I will still use this video because it is great. I am just tired and need to build myself up. So I just make modifications in the vinyasa and watch my breath. I might want to warm my body up a little too before I start this. Thanks, Sarah. Namaste.

I have been trying out your videos here and there for a long time, but haven't been keeping up with yoga as much as I would like as I had a big move recently. I've just decided to really start practicing regularly, and I get so much more out of your short videos than I have other long videos. Thanks so much for sharing!!! I started the 7 day challenge today and will keep you updated throughout the week!!
Coming back to this 7 Day Challenge and found Day 1 quite difficult in keeping up (I have Fibromyalgia and spinal issues from cervical to Lumbar/S.I. but have been doing yoga for several years off & on and moreso on this year). I even slowed the speed down but couldn't keep up same speed. I had to forego a few flow movements to catch up. I even paused for a moment to catch up. A little frustrating on my part and my spine is burning a little now but I will come back to this one to get it down better, if possible. If not......there's plenty of videos to choose from! I didnt do everything correct, but I hung in there and did what I could. I'm 6 months into yoga. Im voluptuous and seasoned with arthritis.....but I DID IT

Tried it this morning...lol. Kicked my bottom. I will still use this video because it is great. I am just tired and need to build myself up. So I just make modifications in the vinyasa and watch my breath. I might want to warm my body up a little too before I start this. Thanks, Sarah. Namaste.
