    I just LOVE these earrings. I was able to follow right along with the video. We're beading sisters, lol! Your pace and explanation is PERFECT! What amazed me most was that the video was 10 years old!! Then I panicked and made sure you were still making videos. Please don't stop, your designs are amazing and I can't wait to try your other videos.

    Oh thank you so much for this gorgeous pattern and tutorial! I had been needing a design to go with a necklace I had made and it fit perfectly. I also used the turquoise Swarovski pearls. But used copper colored rondells with it. I have subscribed and will be looking for future designs from you. The tutorial was very clear and easy to follow.

    Hi, They are outstanding and beautiful. I have just finished one and I have made them with white pearls, crystal AB bicones and crystal seed beads. Very bridal. The next pair I am doing will be in all black. May be the 8/0 in gold. It looks complicated but when you start they are very easy and quick to do. I am looking forward to your next project. As always in Friendship Chris from OZ. (Australia).

    Is flipping your work very important in getting the centers to line up? After several try's I still can't get the centers to line up. Love your style of beading!

    • @thedesignerbeadwork
      @thedesignerbeadwork  9 років тому

      Thanks, Nicky! Flipping the work is mainly for maintaining the direction of the needle. I find it inconvenient to constantly change the direction. It's just a personal preference. When you're adding a bead and pulling your thread, help the beads fall in their place. Also make sure to keep your thread tight. If you noticed in the video, when I'm holding my work between my thumb and index finger, I'm also holding the thread tight between my index and middle fingers while adding the next bead or passing the needle through the beads. That should help your centers to line up.

    Huge screen of beads and ting area your working in,. Putting your thumb over the project makes it even more difficult to see and then sometimes you show what you have picked up and sometimes not :( Video is also blurry.
