nice touch to change your nail polish....very nice. I am a retired hairdresser, so I would notice that. You are so specific,,,I enjoy coming back each time to listen to you teach me. thanks Alisha so much. Junie from Nova Scotia Canada.
I love these earrings but I loved the part of the kitty hair. I found a hair of my grandpup.... inside the battery chamber of my cellphone! Every time I pull one out of my beading mat I smile. Fur babies make me happy. Thank you for sharing tutorial and kitty story.
I have NEVER watched a video all the way through except yours....Your hypnotize me...YOU SURE DO KNOW YOUR WORK...thanks for teaching me. Now I have to head to Micheals tomorrow to get some 'goodies'...thanks again.
This is the most beautiful pattern you have designed so far. Mine turned out stunning. However, figuring out directionality with those pesky magatamas nearly drove me over the edge! Thanks for all your generous contributions to the beading community.
Beautiful design and you are a wonderful teacher. I have a very hard time learning from almost, if not all tutorials, except for yours. I am left handed, so I think that is one of the reasons I have a hard time. Also, some people who do tutorials have such an annoying voice or they fool around too much. You get straight to the point and have a calming voice. Than you.
This set is so pretty ! As long as you remember to set the mahatma the correct way it should be pretty easy. Also with as much thread that you put through these ,they should be pretty secure. Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial with us. 😊😍💖
I've made a couple of these and they're very nice, but I have TONS of magatama beads and there are very few tutorials using them. I hope there are more coming!
I just love your tutorials. You give such details!! I love that you share so much information like where you bought your beads, how many you paid for the amount, all the measurements and amounts to use, etc.... thank you, so sweet of you to do all of this.
Thanks for this pattern! It was much easier to do than I’d expected. A little trick I discovered when I made the second one...if you put your needle through what looks like a hole in the middle of the megatama for the first side, and what looks like a hole at the top for the second side, the meagatamas lay just right! Made it much easier than trying to see if I got them right by trial and error!
I routinely weave cat and dog hairs into my projects! I usually just remove them all at the completion of my piece. I have three dogs, two of which are long-haired and shed a lot. My cat is the champion shedder, though!
I forgot to add. This was the perfect design as I had some rhodochrosite beads my husband bought me for Christmas and I was looking for ideas to use them. This was perfect.
You have great style. Your tutorial is very well made and very precise. I will definitely try then, I will even show this to my students to see if they would like to try to make them also. I teach underprivileged girls. I will send you pictures when they make them.
I found a tray very similar to the your but it is heavy plastic. It's the same design and deep sections. I found it in Hobby Lobby in the painting section for $2.99 . It is made by Masters Touch. I love watching and learning from you. Love you and God Bless.
I think the struggle with these is the magatamas and to get them to lay right but once you get the hang of it, it works up quickly and they are very pretty earrings thank you so much for this tutorial!
Yikes, I never thought dealing with magatamas would be so damn tricky... One earring done, hope the pair would be easier :-) Thanks for the tutorial the result is cute!
God Bless your generous heart, Aleshia. Thank you for this beautiful set....I now have something to do with all those magatamas I've collected over the years! Hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!
Hi Alisha, I saw this video sometime ago, I fell in love with it, but didn't have the right beads. I have this ones now, and I posted a picture of my handy work on your facebook wall, I hope you like them! I like them!
I just bought my beads today and put this piece together. I too had trouble with keeping the mags straight. I wish I had read Diana Morrows comment before I tried this but I was so excited I just dived right in. I had trouble keeping my beading tight. You make it look so easy, do you have any hints? It is because of your videos I now bead. Thank you very much for a fabulous job. You are the BEST.
I love these. I also had a time with the Magatamas turned right. I started paying attention to the direction of your needle and that made it easier. Mine turned out so pretty and I love all of your stuff. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us. I have attempted designing my own and I know how hard it is. I am a long way from you, lol.
This is a fabuloius design! So creative! The colors are beautiful. I can hardly wait to make a pair of earrings. Of course this will involve a trip to my local bead store this morning. I look forward to sharing this design with my beading group when we meet next week. Thank you so much!
beautiful earrings and pendant, absolutely gorgeous but I will watch another time before I give it a go with the magmata's, LOL thank you for a very clear tutorial :)
Oh, my, Aleshia . . .. these are just absolutely gorgeous! I have quite a few magatamas sitting around, too. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, dear. Your kindness and generosity are wonderful. XXXOOOOXXXX
Love the way you take time to show the Magatamas and directions. You are great. Beautiful design. Thanks for the exciting new stuff. Have to get busy and bead. Happy new Year and wishes for lots of new things.
Absolutely beautiful! Question about knots. Sometimes I tie a knot and it doesn't lie where I want it to be. It's visible. Any fixes for this besides making the entire piece over again?
I am fairly new the bead weaving. Your videos and designs are great. I love how your designs feel very doable and your instructions don't feel intimidating. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Beautiful you do such Beautiful work I wish I could work as fast as you and make them look as beautiful as you do please keep up the great videos thank you
Love this stunning design and couldn't wait to try it out, but I must have pulled my thread too tight as my magatamas won't lay straight!! lol Guess I am going to try again :)
I love these earrings and your video. The earrings are fabulous and I love how you made them apart of the earring pattern...I will try making these very soon. Just awesome and I really like your videos, they are clear and you can see everything you do. I most definitely subscribed to your videos.

Just made my first pendant last night. Will make earrings tonight. I am using a miracle bead and it has a larger hole than the pearl. Love it!
