I also used to dip tobacco(extra strong), it's very popular in Scandinavia, here we call it snus. But I decided to quit using the CBT method, and I'm full 4 days without nicotine. It really isn't that bad, I only experienced withdrawals on the second day.
I chewed literally everywhere and all the time. Right when I woke up, on my way to work, at work, at school, at the gym, in bed. I thought this would be impossible, but with the right mindset and understanding that this method offers, it really is so smooth!

This was a happy story :)
I think every day, "I need to quit smoking." It is obviously such a waste of potential. I appreciate your videos, I just found this channel today, but I am considering going through the program. I pretty much had my mind made up already, that's why I was looking for a program.
    Thanks 🙏

Sometimes I get these feelings, hard to describe, like I am myself from the past. It is more than a memory. I'm so grateful when it happens because I feel more at peace, I am able to feel how life used to be without so many unhealthy habits.
I would like to get my life back to that.
I am happy for Scott that he is finding this place again in his life. It is devine.

Just wanted to say on this way thanks. With the help of this channel I have stop smoking. I have smoke around 20 years and I am now a year free of it.
I sometimes still think on smoking but it wouldn't be worth it to have all this withdrawal struggle again.
And I am also a ex-smoker without hate to active smokers. That was always important for me because I have still smoking friends with which I like to spend my time together.

Don't know WHY you'd want to quit. Dipping is a wonderful enrichment of my life the past 5 to 6 years. I enjoy it but I don't understand why it would be hard to quit if for some reason you want to. It's not actually addictive. People just build it up to be.

As a Muslim we have been saved from many bad habits because of our strict rules on alcohol and drugs but I don't know how tobacco smoking slipped into the Muslim community or humanity at large, good thing our scholars have ruled it impermissible now, I am trying to quit smoking and I am grateful that I am not addicted to anything else because it was strictly forbidden, I am grateful to Allah (God)

My Muslim friend smokes. I knew Muslim men that use to drink. It's about personal choice. Religion may not allow smoking and drinking but that hasn't stopped many individuals from addiction.
