The fact that you say it can be reversed even though you are an allopathic doctor sounds amazing to me. I find your videos very positive. Thank you.

There is no medical specialization in alleopathy, any "doctor" who tells you that he is an alleopath is a scammer. Hashimoto's disease is not curable or reversible, there is no study that proves it, your thyroid is a gland, Hashimoto's disease is detected once your gland is being "destroyed" you cannot regenerate it with food, nor can you stop it let alone revert with just diet. I invite you to go to a real doctor with a specialty in endocrinology.

There are no doctors in "allopathy" because there is no specialization in allopathy in medicine. Homeopathy is a pseudoscience: a belief that is falsely presented as science. Homeopathic preparations are not effective in treating any disease. Hashimoto's disease is not curable or reversible and requires lifelong treatment. The only ones who can give you treatment are doctors with specialization in endocrinology. Do not listen to this "doctor."

My doctor gave me a treatment very similar to this guidelines, I also read a lot and I don't eat legumes or grains in general because they upset my stomach. I also supplement with b12 for sjogren's nerve damage and I am doing GREAT.
I post in any video related to autoimmune diseases that I got better in my first two weeks cutting off gluten and dairy, then I started my selenium and zinc supplementation and in a month I went to having such severe dysautonomia that I couldn't stand in the shower or walk, I couldn't ride the bus because I had no grip strength and once I almost fell. Following my rigurous diet I went fron considering uaing a wheelchair to running to take the bus. My mind is SO sharp now.
My doctor also gave me a gastritis diet because I had some inflammation in my gut triggered by my meds. I stopped coffee, tea, all spices, and could only eat cooked vegetables for 3 months. That was a huge challenge, I ended up having soup chicken almost eveyday during the summer. I started in january and now in may I feel fully energized. I feel like I had a body transplant, a mind transplant. I feel so optimistic I even enrolled in a bootcamp.
It is very possible to feel better, but you have to make sacrifices like not eating lasagna, pizza, cake, ice cream and a looooong etc. It is so worth it. I loved dairy so much, everything I ate had dairy and I no longer miss it. Sometimes I will crave a cheese sandwich, but is a 5 minute cheese sandwich worth the possible horrible outcome? I don't think so.
I would 100% follow this video guidelines if I didn't find a doctor that could help me. This is pure gold.

@@sofsofkhan9609 hii, I am doing much better now, I had a period of extreme pain and fatigue again and I finally figured out that I had nocturnal hypoglycemia. I started eating more carbs (all gluten free, of course). I had to drink glucerna before going to bed so I had a lot of intestinal issues again, but I couldn't get my sugar to stay above 70 without it.
I finally found a nutritionist that could help me, so she gave me a recipe to replace glucerna, I am 100% dairy free again since 10 days ago and I'm back to feeling great. For me definitely milk is a big no no. I also tried a lot of foods when I was out of a gastritis diet and I can say that there are many vegetables that my body can't tolerate. I can eat almost every fruit though.
My recovery sped up once I found a good doctor, now I'm in physical therapy because of my nerve damage. What I have figured so far is that probably my mitochondria are not working properly in general, I am doing a little bit of research on that topic.
I hope this little update helps you. It is difficult to see the end of the tunnel feeling like crap 24/7... I had to deal with my trauma also to advance a little bit.

Don't give up. I was even in Hospital. Then I found anthony William, medical medium. First and third book. Like this doctors, his advices. I was better in short time. Before that I had lost hope for any life of quality. I even lost 12kg in 6 months, against all that doctors had told me. This doctor from the video and Anthony William say the same, so with these books you get a lot of help. Celery juice every morning was changing a lot, too. Though I hated it. Thank you! I appreciate the clean natural approach to reversing Hashimotos. My numbers in the last 8 months have been going up. So far thyroid is fine so my doc is not prescribing synthroid. I ask him how can i reverse and he mentioned its incurable. I discussed about selenium (250mg per day) and he said take one pill a week. I feel like its a waiting game. Let the antibodies get so high that TSH and T3/T4 get impacted and THEN the doc prescribes Synthroid. Before that, there is no discussion on how to reduce the antibodies which is very frustrating. Your video has given me hope that food is medicine. I will get selenium in 100-200mg you stated. I get the other minerals thru my prenatal. Thank you again for the simple, to the point video

What he does not mention is the need to heal / remove the root cause. Often a damaged gut microbiome or hyperpermeable gut wall. Other causes are toxins and heavy metals. Most autoimmune conditions stem from the gut. A GI Map stool analysis will show what's going on in your gut.

I heard the same thing and I did a sort of elimination diet. You eat restricted foods in the beginning and that way if you integrate a food to your diet and you notice that 2 or 3 days later tou have a headache or bloating or any discomfort you can can confidently say that that food is causing it. It is a slow process, but knowing what triggers your symptoms is so worth it.
Also, you can ban a food and test it again later when your body is better and that food may no longer cause symptoms. I couldn't tolerate coffee, tea garlic, onions, tomatoes and a long list and now I can have all these foods in moderate amounts. There are some foods that are a big nono that caused major issues like artichokes that I completely eliminated from my life. I never ate gluten again and dairy because those 2 are generally advised against. I feel it's way better to be "exaggerated" than dealing with the potential outcomes

Hypothyroid means your thyroid isn’t making enough thyroid hormone.
Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease where your body attacks the thyroid. Hashimotos causes hypothyroidism.
That’s why treating the thyroid with levothyroxin helps give the body the hormones it’s missing but it doesn’t address the hashimotos.

I have severe Hashimoto’s and a host of other autoimmune disorders; I have all the symptoms, except the weight gain ( I lose weight easily instead) …eating vegetables ( salads) cause me severe digestive issues… so, I don’t get this. I think it’s not one size fits all solution. Selenium works !

I too have autoimmune issues and lose my weight instead of gaining. Even doctors aren't sure why that is. None of the meds are working. TSH and antibody levels are off the charts. 😢 Did you find anything that worked for you?

I just got diagnosed with hashimotes. I have lost a lot of weight as well. They won't put me on medication because they said I'm bouncing back from hyper to hypo. I feel like shit every day. I have changed my whole diet and taken out gluten and dairy. I hope I can get it figured out .

@@jenny-pz8yu yes! I’ve discovered that my body reacts adversely trying to fight hidden infections: bacterial, viral, or parasitic… I’ve combatted those with medication… also used methylated supplements: selenium, magnesium, B complex ( specially folate) vit D, and C… but I emphasize the methylation!I’ve also experienced the benefits of glutathione and/or NAC supplementation. Each body is different, you kind of have to listen to your own and let it guide you to what makes you feel better.
