- Just testing the speaker for chuffing or other mechanical sounds before building a box to mount. This test was run after a few hours of break-in at moderate volume. Connected to DAMGOO ZK-1002T 100W+100W Bluetooth 2 channel amplifier board using old Cerwin Vega XED component speaker crossover (low side). Purchased this little speaker from parts-express.com
**NOTE: I was able to get a pretty clear recording, recommend listening with headphones.**

that's a good sounding m&ms container
I’ve seen a video of some Brit kids getting one of these little trampolines kicking pretty good in a car. He had it in a massive enclosure though
Really is an impressive little Sub. I bought one to replace my PC subwoofer and it's Night and Day!!

Hi i also orderd this woofer, iam gonna combine it with a passive radiator in an old 4inch subwoofer box i have, the box is ported right now so iam also gonna test it ported first
Iam wondering what you think about the 4inch woofer, is the mid range anygood? imean midrange not midbass :P gonna combine it with a tweeter
from the graphs i read that this thing needs a 2way 1k crossover for tweeter iam just wondering if this woofer sounds better with a midrange crossover at 700hz
from what i have hear and see in youtube videos i come to conclusion that this woofer sounds a bit muddy with the midrange but has strong bass and midbass
anyway goodday
Hello! Thanks for watching! The setup in this video was using the low pass side of a two-way crossover that came with a set of Cerwin Vega component speaker. I was not able to obtain the exact crossover frequency from Cerwin Vega(I even sent them an email asking). I found that this speaker does very well with mids and lows in a two way setup for something like bookshelf speakers or desktop speakers. At first I was skeptical but after a couple of hours of break-in this thing really did surprise me at how effortlessly it would reach its xmax and still sound clear. I have another build sound test coming later this week, so check back when you can! Thanks again!
This isn't a full range driver, right?
No, its a midbass/midrange woofer. Is how its described on site i ordered it from.
