Got the flu over Christmas too. First coupe of weeks back have been a right old slog. Only just starting to feel 100% and you need to be running at 100% or things turn to 💩 in double quick time 😄
Brill vid as usual. Send a couple of your lads on the WB low temp course. Trust me, you’ll thank me. All about heat loss, etc, pump mapping, strategy etc. 2 day course
I did a simlar mistake with undersized a boiler in a pub/hotel... I sized the boiler with the radiators etc. Installed it and fire it up and it was struggling... I then realised there was another door, which I opening up into a function room with another 10+ radiators!
I would be working my hours and that's it. Wouldnt be breaking my neck pushing your business forward for the same wage. Incentive based pay is a different story.
Regards the Vaillant. You know as well as me you could easily have repaired that for a fraction of the price of a new install but as you say you are pushing everything towards a new boiler for that install income plus the service contract. Its pretty transparent what you are doing and goes against the engineer mindset of repairing. Imo you are no better than a rotten plumber who can't fix anything and always recommends a new boiler.
Definitely a lot busier this winter and next winter will be busier still. We need to be ready...let's go! Great video Ryan 👊📈

What's your 'journey' mate, where you headed?
Notice youve got a lot of ford custom transits, any issue with these wet belts etc, also if a van goes down do you pair people up?

I was told that inhibitor can cause the hoses to block. Not sure how true it is.
Great video, where do you advertise most? I.e magazine, ppc, meta etc - cheers mate
Website Seo, magazines, Google listing, nothing heavy with ppc at the minute 👍🏻
