Scares me hiring office staff.. not many people know how to run a plumbing & heating office.. how did you find the girls or did they need a lot of training?
Everyone always needs training but you all improve and learn together. Its a hard one because in terms of bringing cash in - you could see them as a dead cost but our business grew faster when I invested in the office team
Would love to hear moreabout the steps you took to get the first employee. Me and my husband have a small business just us, and are looking at hiring the second tech soon but it's hard to know if its the right thing to do. thanks for another great video
We use high level . I hear you. But we can’t run without it. Organises all our leads nicely and Homecare customers . Consistent every time 👍 Reactive and small stuff stays in our crm, Big jobs, boilers and regular is pipeline based so nothing and no stage gets missed 👍
@@rjmartindaleltd absolutely. But we only automate at certain times. It’s more to keep us consistent. For example… what do you do with people who are thinking about it, or will get back to you next week etc.. its ok trying to deal with leads now, but some people aren’t home or need touch points down the line! we use pipelines like a Trello board and move leads across. Works well. But absolutely needs management otherwise it’s kaos! Would be carnage for your team if you don’t have someone running it full time
Another great video, this time featuring our lovely Kathryn and Sue 👍

Hi pal,
I agree but our girls struggled to manage it.
Are you making use of the automations throughout the pipeline ?
