Your workouts made me realize taking care of my body and mind doesn’t have to be excruciatingly painful and difficult ! Working out with you always puts a smile on my face and gives me so much energy !
Personal background: I hate exercising and I'm really out of shape. This is such a great workout. It's not so rigorous that you feel tortured and want to quit, but it definitely gets your heart rate up and it works your abs as effectively as planks. When I first tried it, I (wrongly) thought it didn't do anything for my abs because I couldn't feel "the burn". But the proof is in the pudding: I was in massive pain the next three days! It's my new favorite exercise because of the manageable duration, it's easy on the body, and it's effective.
Really got my heart pumping, I felt the burn in the glutes and lower abs. There where a couple of moves that I have not done before it felt weird (I'm sure I was doing it wrong) but I improvised to my needs and it worked out nice. Thank you keep up the videos.
First workout with you and I loved it! I loved the fun aspect of dance move. Too often its so serious and we (at least me) forget that training should be entertaining too, not just painful! I appreciated that really much!! Also, the workout its achievable! I saw so many workout who are too much difficult. I'm happy I found you!! Thank you, Eleni, especially for providing so many good standing workouts. Thank you for offering solid cardio workouts without having to jump and/or/also get down on the floor--especially for this muscle group: ABS. I realize traditional floor work & the associated moves on the floor isolate the core muscles more directly while demanding more contractions / flexing of the core muscle. And that's all good. I'm just so grateful for the option to work on my core while standing which is just better for me where I am in my "fitness journey". Thank you Eleni!

This one just jumped to the top of my favorites list! I like doing cardio but after two sprained ankles and a wonky knee deep lunges make me sad. This routine is a nice sustained burn for the whole body without feeling like I was gonna re-injure any joints. And I’m sure my downstairs neighbors love the no-jumping aspect. Thanks for helping me take care of myself!
Always had an issue with core strength and difficulty doing floor exercises. I have back issues and a very weak core so I loved this workout. This will become a regular workout. ❤

Have been searched and followed many morning workouts, but I never successfully burned my fat. Too fast too many jumping. I am more than 40 this year, burning fat is much more difficult than any other days in my life. These workouts are great! Sensory-friendly, clear, and simple. I would love it if the titles and thumbnails were more body positive, however. I am not doing these workouts because I hate parts of my body or want to look like a fitness influencer. I do them because I care for my body and because exercise is good for me.
Her titles do not indicate any of those things. I personally don’t see them as negative, there are women such as myself who would like to know what the workout will be targeting so it’s helpful. She doesn’t say “get rid of your disgusting belly fat”

Great workout! I loved the balance between difficulty and effectiveness! That's a really good one for 2 or 3 times a week at home. Don't need anything, just 35 minutes with your own body, it feels great!
