- Join me for this 20 minute Total Body Toning Standing Pilates Workout at home!!
This Workout routine requires no equipment to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your full body all while standing. All exercises are low impact and require no jumping at all! This video includes your warm up and cool down so all you have to do is press start to work your arms, back, legs, abs, and booty!

Combos Workouts are too much work. We are lazy. Easier to do all standing or all lay down. 😆It's not your fault. I will try the combos eventually. It's great to have different options. Thank you for all your videos. 🙌☺
