As an old Skarner main, I think this rework is pretty damn good. Especially with the CRAB RAVEEEEEEEEEEE

Riot Lexical confirmed that the current Health Damage Scalings on all of his abilities are just placeholders. So we pray that he gets some kind of Ap or Ad 🙏
But other than that, this rework looks fantastic so far

I'm pretty sure we'll see Skarner in pro play. The E and Ult offer so much potential to force a pick, there's no way he can be ignored.
One thing I could imagine is Skarner Support with Kallista or Senna. Imagine the combo of his ult with a Jungler like J4, Mao or even Lillia.
Alternatively, Skarner jungle with Bard support also has some rage quit potential.

4:35 the ult is 2 seconds long at rank 3......... bruh it used to be 4 seconds and you could use Q, E to dmg while you ran backwards into a turret
Old Skarner ult is 1.75 seconds and you could never use E while ulting.
In the rework, you can still use W during ult, just like you can use Q pre-rework
