Skarner does 18% of his bonus hp, and 10% of his total hp if you land the 3 autos and the E.
If you land 2 autos and the empowered throw + his E, you will do 5 passive procs + 3 Q procs and the throw, and the E.
the 5 passives only procs it 1 time, but does 12% of THEIR hp, his q does 15% of THEIR hp, he also does 18% of HIS BONUS HP and his e does 10% of HIS TOTAL hp.
This means... Skarner can literally buy nothing but hp items and I mean LITERALLY pure hp, and still 1 combo you.
he is hitting for 28% of his bonus hp. To math that out, each point of damage in his combo costs. 9.52 gold if you do raw max hp on skarner. You spend 10 gold on Hp you do 1 damage.
You buy 10k hp. You do AROUND 1k extra damage.
To explain why this is so funny:
Titanic hydra has your autos do 1.5% of your MAX hp per auto and the active does 4% on proc. Skarner is doing 10% per E. This means he with normal auto, empowered auto, and E hits for 15.5% of his MAX hp.
10k is now... 1.55k On a 10 hp tank. Just casually yeeting your adc into the shadow realm, not factoring in THEIR hp% and I also didn't factor in his Q damage on that. As it required me to math 2.4k out of the 10k
K the 3 hits from q, does 1368 (Its higher actually).
With just hp builds like mogs, titanic hydra, anathema's etc. Skarner will bop you for 3 to 4k damage by just picking you up, slamming you into a wall, and autoing you 2 times and pushing q.
If he bops a chogath or sion or something. Its closer to 6k. As he does 27% of THEIR hp toooo.
Well i mean he does do 27% of your adc too... but we don't REALLY care about that. The 3k is probably good enough when he drives by and bops you.

Fun fact for Trolly Skarner stuff: Zekes Convergence activates during your Ult cast time, which means you get the 30% slow and damage over time effect as soon as you press R, making your R harder to dodge and adding at least 2 ticks of damage from Zekes.
With health, haste, and armor, it also has good stats for skar skar.

Good stuff -- I checked out your opgg, here are some pointers: 1) I notice you're taking Aftershock every game, try out Press the Attack keystone + Bloodsong it's SO much damage 2) You're building REALLY greedy items like Heartsteel + Sunfire Cape which is fine as long as it's working, but as you climb up higher you'll need to swap to more team oriented items like Locket and Knights Vow 3) Go Movement speed rune shard and your roams will be even better. Keep up the good work bro!
@@i0kiVids thanks dude, yeah I tend to build greedy, I feel like the after shock plus w combined makes you so beefy, mix in the sunfire DOT, makes you feel like a flame tank. I think if I make it to silver that’s when I’ll switch to a more supportive build. Have a good one brother👍

Sad thing is on old skarner you could legit drag people with your ult as far as thresh lantern distance pretty easy with phaserush and Shurelya's T_T

It doesn't seem like you mention the clunkiness of the rework like most other people do. Do you not feel the same way? Like how he has to stop to cast his abilities, making it harder to chase people down.
Obviously it's going to be a different playstyle than just speed around the map like the old Skarner. But I think they could have kept it a bit closer to the old Skarner but making his cast animations/movement a bit more fluid.
yep i made my peace with the clunkiness, i've tried to find ways to minimize it like you'll see me sneaking in the Q (pick up rock) between autos while doing camps, pressing WQ really fast etc. He's definitely a clunky boi
I think they did a great job on the rework. I've been playing him all week and he's just a fun champ to play now
