Before I started IF, low carb meals and now OMAD, I was at 230 lb, high blood pressure 160/100, frequent acid reflux, fatty liver, insomnia and anxiety attacks. I was considered pre-diabetic, although I think I was well in the diabetes range as my insulin must have been very high to keep my glucose at 99. Never had my insulin levels measured (some doctors are useless). Dr. Jamnadas videos opened my eyes. Started fasting, and gradually eased into 18/6 fasting and eventually OMAD with low carb, moderate protein and moderate fat nutrition. Lost 30 lb in 3 months and never felt better in my life. BP is 120/74, normal sleep, 198 lb today and plan to get to 185 for my optimal weight. I will have to check my liver enzymes again, but based on my weight loss and overall energy levels, I am 100% certain that my fatty liver condition is gone. I will maintain this lifestyle as long as I live.
You, sir, are a blessing to humanity.

ignorance, self-interest and the last, they do not have the "guts" to stand up to the "government Standards" BS influenced by the pharma and Food industry if you can call food anytihing in a box, modify or created in a factory as the Doc says. I have listened to many doctors about this topic and I can understand their message why other people can; I am a darn foreigner which English is my second language!!!!! but it is not only here, my friends from my original country hardly listen Drs only the government and public servants as they are the only one who knows or have the "absolute" solution in this case for COVID and people are dying in such rate that is shamful. Can you imagin wearing 2 mask at the same time for your daily activities, meaning going to work? that is the reason people are getting sick. Imaging you as nurse working 8 hours in the hospital without taking off the two mask using them properly not under the nose? Exactly, it is nonsense.

You are fooling yourself if you think well read doctors don’t know the root cause.
      1. They get lot of money for prescribing insulin. 2. Recurring patients.
      3. Risk free from their side, they don’t have to commit to patients years long crappy diet.

Sir, you changed my life. Seriously, I would love to meet you just to say thank you! What are you doing is priceless for people that really are looking to improve their health. I am watching your videos again and again every other week, because after a few weeks it seems like I forget about some stuff and end up starting eating very little bad things that I was used to eat...so I have to remind myself and refresh myself with one of your videos. I am watching this video for probably the 4th time and I'm in tears. Literally from June until September I lost 16kg just but starting eating, consciously, REAL FOOD the first month and then starting intermittent fasting, little by little..and a few times OMAD. Your speeches give me strength and knowledge. BRAVO

So clear and simple. Within a period of seven years, I pass through two cardiac infarction and five stents. I have no diabetes, BG 5,5 but, low HDL, high LDL, high triglycerides. And no reasonable answers from all doctors I have visited, what is possible reason for all this cardiac disasters. They don't know, or they don't want to tell?! Any way. I change my life, my food, habits in the direction explained above. And I found my self - finally. So this explanation is just PRICELESS for people with metabolic complications!!! Thanks dr. @Iwan Kalinow Many of these plaques are also genetic. Recent findings say, if an adult has this cardio and plaque problems, his children may develop them, too. So, even when you're 5yrs old, you may already be developing the plaque without any symptoms. A relative had it. He was fit, exercising every day, even on Sundays, yet he had 3 blocked arteries in his early 40's. Though he never had a heart attack, he underwent a bypass, thankfully, the kids are conscious of what they eat, but they may still have that risk.

It’s cheap, I paid 69 bucks without a doctor referral it takes 10 min non evasive. A 0 is where you wanna be, also Dr Brewer is great info for non zero scores and how to address. Good luck.

@Tamara - I understand what you say about people not listening - even when facts are put on a plate in front of them. It is indeed frustrating.
Each of us has responsibility for our own health and wellbeing. And until a person realises through understanding (rather than being told) that they can and should take charge of themselves, they probably will not change.
The addictiveness, plentiful supply, and convenience of processed foods, sugar products etc has brought many to become wedded to and dependent upon a particular lifestyle. With it comes a certain “block” to them hearing anything which unseats that comfort zone. As has been said, anyone can be fooled but it is difficult for them to accept that they have been fooled.
Dr Jamnades presents things in a simple and clear way. A great service to those who seek better health through lifestyle.

Thank you @ Dr. Jamnadas for this great information!! I was a bodybuilder for years and its amazing to realize that myself and others, drive insulin sensitivity down by eating too frequently. Six meals in a day and etc, is too frequent but it is standard lore for building muscle. Thanks for the assistance, sir.

No sugar water! I sip beer & it instantly foams in belly & comes right back up... Same with my mother until she passed the years ago. I knew based on how yeasts behaves with her & i plus we dislike sugar & eat high amounts of bitter/cruciferous foods. She passed with all lymphoma/clotted/calcified and I'm currently clearing it up while getting my diet correct. Thank you for being a blessing after i saw your fasting lecture. I did a 7 day dry fast & reset myself. Have to do another one in spring time. I'm craving banana though & never liked those before... Potassium?
We've cooked what ee eat for DECADES anytime i try to eat outside my legs bedtime tree trunks

In Sweden they don’t do the Homa-IR test. I gained 26 kilos in 10 months! I’ve always been skinny but fit, with less than 10 % body fat. I got work injuries from 1987. In 2011 a doctor took away my painkillers for no reason & without any explanation & I got bedridden for many months & the ambulance had to come & get me many times during those months. In the hospital I got my medications back & I was sent home & told to contact my doctor. He refused to see me?! I prayed to God to take me home because I couldn’t stand the pain, I couldn’t lift my head or arms or move at all. Sometimes I couldn’t feel my legs or my arms. I got numb from my neck up to my face & I have never felt so helpless in my whole life. Not until March 2012, the ambulance took me to my doctor. I had lost 40 % of my body weight & I only weighed 36 kilos. I’d lost mostly muscle mass, since I barely had any fat to begin with. The doctor looked chocked, but was still rude & condescending. He immediately gave me a pain shot. I got my medications back but he forced me to let the Pharmacy deal the medications & back then they only did that for drug addicts, alcoholics, people with some sort of dementia or other issues that prevented them from being able to be in charge of their own medications. It was SO humiliating 😢. I started to report him, but I was too exhausted & he could just keep on working like nothing’s happened?! I got another doctor & he immediately let me take charge over my own medications & also put in a long term painkiller. He also gave me Cortisone shots & sent a referral to a pain specialist that took over that part. The doctor I got now doesn’t believe that I’m Insulin resistant even though I’ve gained so much weight! My stomach is so big that it looks like I’m pregnant with quadruplets! My BMI is 33 & my whole grown life before, it’s been a little under 20! I now have NAFLD 😢 & high blood pressure… My blood pressure has always been low until recently. My doctor won’t help me at all 😞… Thank you Dr. Jamnadas 🙏🏼 for your great advice! I found you tonight!
I follow Dr. Berg who teaches Healthy Keto & Intermittent fasting. He’s doctor degree refers to his Dr. of Chiropractor. He’s very knowledgeable & he says the same as you, doctor, about how to eat & about D vitamin & K2 vitamin, for example! I’ve subscribed to your channel & I will also continue to follow Dr. Berg. I’d like to know if there’s another way to make my doctor understand that I’m Insulin resistant? Or another test than Homa-IR? Since they don’t do that test in Sweden 🇸🇪, according to my doctor.
I’d be truly happy for an answer & thank You again Dr. Jamnadas 🙏🏼

    Why we have hyperinsulinemia
    1. Eating too frequently
    2. Too much sugar/CHOs in diet
    3. Excessive fructose in diet (highly processed foods)
    4. Liver disease from alcohol
    5. Processed foods

I accidentally found out I have pre diabetes as I had to undergo surgery. If I wouldn't had got tested before surgery, I would had kept on consuming Carbohydrates and over the years would had developed diabetes. Thanks to UA-cam videos I have been able to reverse pre diabetes with IF and Keto diet else my doctor directly prescribed me Teneligliptin 20 mg without even telling me that I can reverse pre diabetes.
