Driftor saying he’s pushing 40 makes me feel god damn old myself. I turned 30 this year and I’ve been watching you since the Halo days. Glad you’re still around man
The really big problem for me about bo6, is the bad desync, I’ll be shooting an enemy for what feel like 5 seconds and then they just turn around and kill me near instantly, this needs to be addressed as it’s really starting to bug me
Same here. I could deal with all the other BS if the desync wasn’t so bad. It feels bad to hit someone with 6+ hit markers and then get instant killed in what feels like 1 shot. Then the killcam shows you hitting them 1-2 times. 😂
Lag, netcode, desync is the biggest problems for me, granted I don't have the best internet bc I live in the outskirts of my city n won't get fiber til January, I am able to play every other game just fine, even bf2042 with 128 ppl, it seems like texture streaming is the issue at least for me, I wish we could still turn it off

10:20 I just turned 53 and have been playing Call Of Duty since the franchise came out and one thing I find with a lot of gamers in the COD community is they seem to look for something to complain about as it relates to the newest COD. I have become more simplistic in my approach over the years and if I am having fun playing the game, that's all that matters. Sure there are a lot of try hards out there all hopped up on energy drinks and Post Malone but that's the way it is. Even if Treyarch designed the maps to satisfy this generation of gamer my approach is, I have to adjust the way I play. I try not to be the "get off my lawn guy" but sometimes it is hard to do. Glad you're felling better and your surgery went well!
Man I still remember driftor making the mw2 in depth videos on machinima and him explaining that his mic sounded weird "BECAUSE MY STUPID DOG ATE MY MICROPHONE", good times, god time sure does go by
Thank you! We totally deserve these maps. Everyone was crying about wanting smaller maps with high action. Now we got it and everybody is complaining. There are no such thing as small maps with good spawns people just want to complain.
These shipment clones are just another facet of catering to their target audience. Everything in CoD MP is nowadays centered around ADHD tiktok Timmies.
@@thepunisherxxx6804 For those who belong to the ADHD tiktok Timmies crowd, sure. It's okay to be one of those players, but don't pretend like this game doesn't have a shipment 24/7 mindset
@@joelrivest9573 Is there something wrong with that though? I play counter-strike for the map control and more tactical mindset. I play COD to have fun with friends and just be in constant action. I don't think that preference makes someone an "ADHD tiktok zoomer". That same mentality existed with Quake servers and even Counter Strike, people would up the player counts and they would always be full. This was in the 90s and early 2000s... Its pretty obvious that's what the overall community wants. Activision slowly started going towards the smaller maps focus in MW2019 and after, til we eventually got a small map playlist and like 8 versions of shipment in MW3.
@@thepunisherxxx6804 no, not exactly and I think that's the point. The game isn't for the casual COD player of yesterday, it's curated specifically for the new demographic of player. It's necessary to keep the game alive, if they re-released BO1 again, it would fail. But it's true that the "constant action" is the preferred gameplay now, whereas before it wasn't. And that old gameplay is what I keep coming back to COD for, but it'll never be that way again. It simply couldn't survive. But it also doesn't mean that the "spawn, shoot, die" cycle isn't exhausting and boring to me. But I'm in the minority and I know that
@@joelrivest9573 But the thing is that slow pace is still popular, its just in other games (Counter Strike, Rainbow 6, valorant), it just isn't with the COD base. I've played COD since the first one, I'm a longtime fan, but if I'm being objective its harder to go back to the older, slower paced ones. I just think faster pace suites the type of game COD is better. Now I know its not just that, I do search and destroy sometimes and they keep it around every game, but idk I just never go to COD for that slower pace. I'm in the games above or playing some Ready or Not. It feels tacked on with COD where in those games its the focus. Definitely a preference thing I'm not saying its all COD should be or I have the right take, just that I understand why its evolved into this, and that I like it.
Drift0r congratulations on your surgery outcome! I’m so glad you’re doing well. 12:08 “enemies move at unprecedented speeds”… Can you please make a video about the desync in this game? I feel like there is no awareness around what seems to be a make-or-break issue. The Omni-movement is fast, sure, but when it seems unrealistically fast or when enemies seem to be animated at 1.5x speed , it’s no longer the movement system but just horrible server desync. I have seen scenarios where I die before the enemy even turns to corner. It’s the worst I’ve ever seen it in any COD and I’ve played them all since 2003’s cod1.
Netcode is terrible for me in this game. Successfully flank an enemy and get two shots on target, but then they can turn and kill me before my next two rounds have fired. SBMM makes playing solo unbearable. Feels more punishing than ever. The small chaotic maps and medium maps feel fun and appropriate for the movement/gunplay. The large porous maps are so out of place. Ignoring objectives and camping a far corner of the map with a sniper seems to happen a lot. Gun balance feels pretty damn good. Most guns have a purpose and are worth using. Leveling (especially weapon leveling) is god awful and slow. Movement feels awesome. It's legitimately fun just to run, slide, and dive around.
Glad you’re doing good. Remember the creepy stories like yesterday, you were the main guy i watched back in those days. Hope you have another epic dream you decide to tell us about!
Hey man, first I’m glad you’re healing fast and smooth. Definitely felt it when you said that you’re just getting older and playing COD is just harder now for reasons that are outside of your control. Been watching you since BO2 in depth. Like, you said that and I had to remind myself that I started playing COD over the summer before I went into middle school. I’m a grown man with a day job now that plays COD with my colleagues after work 😂😭 I used to coach COD for college esports, so I can kinda keep up with omnimovement, but man I still struggle. I can attest that it’s significantly harder to play on PC, and watching shroud struggle kinda validated me a little. I know that you say COD would literally crumble if it tailored towards older gamers, but I think it would really help your brand to tailor your content towards the older audience that still wants to enjoy COD. Don’t overlook how inspiring it is that you went from barely being able to use your hands to still being able to game like the rest of us. You probably have more tips and tricks than anyone on how to change your physical setup to be more ergonomic and friendly, especially for those who also experience joint pain and other symptoms during long gaming sessions. You could also turn your journey to better understanding the potentials of omnimovement into a series. It would be really engaging to your audience if they were able to struggle and learn to excel at omnimovement alongside you. That’s all I got! Best of wishes to you,
Hey Drift, I've been watching your UA-cam videos since I was a 11 year old kid playing BO2. Loved your In-Depth series over that time, even if I didn't buy that years CoD I still watched your videos cause you had this calming presence when talked. Also any commentary video that you make/made is always a joy to watch and have playing in the background when I'm playing games. I'm happy to see how far you've come. Your health troubles over the years definitely scared me, but I'm glad to hear you're still around. Keep being you man, that's why we're all here. Never change Drift0r :)
Totally agree that the base game maps would play better with 4v4/5v5, but I feel like people would get weirdly outraged by if Treyarch ever made core multiplayer smaller than 6v6. No statistics/source for this, just a feeling. Here's hoping that the DLC maps will have a bit more breathing room... P.S. Congrats on the successful surgery and rapid recovery. It's good to see you this healthy after all these years, hopefully things continue to get better for you.
@@potapotapotapotapotapota Oh? I never really followed that game all too closely. In that case, 5v5 should've been the way to go for this game as well...
@@DLBBALL Well it really depends on the map size. And also depends on the mood you are in. I would love more game mode variety. Like why do they have to separate core and hardcore. Just put it all in the one main playlist.
Glad to see you uploading man, I really really appreciate you and your intelligence. Hoping you’re doing well with the whole hormones/ health stuff you went through the last few years. Take care
It's comforting to hear all the same issues I personally have with the game being shared. I thought I was getting crazy thinking that tracking with M/K was really hard in this game and that SBMM was through the roof. Hearing comments about you and people like Shroud having a hard time actually aliviates the sense of hopelessness I was feeling for the past days with the game.
I'm traditionally a console player and I'm actually having a much easier time on PC. And this is my first time switching to PC. I struggle on console to get my sights on people as they zoom past me with all the movement as I'm locked to a single sensitivity. But on PC I can pace my sensitivity so I can swing around to catch targets much, much easier. It's harder to track them afterwards, but I find this tradeoff to be far in favor for the PC player. And that's me being a very novice PC player while being a veteran controller player.
I'm happy to hear your surgery went well! And I thought I was tripping about the spawn points being awful. I'm almost certain 70% of my deaths have been a random frag/semtex at my feet the second I spawn
The brainrot in cod is so real... people being addicted to shipment 24/7 and other super small maps is the reason we got 7 more super mini chaos maps.. and now with bo6; 6 of the maps are small.. an additional 4 are mini and only 6 being considered medium.. but tbh even the medium maps are kinda small, looking at Scud and derelict
One thing I've noticed that makes the game feel very steamroll heavy is that I almost never backfill games. Even in my games, once someone leaves, we'll play for a good couple of minutes with 1 or even 2 players down. On these small maps this numers disadvantage is brutal as it makes it incredible easy for the team with more players to pincer the enemy team and just trap them in any angle.
it feels like ever since ColdWar the enemy player models have gotten smaller, they add 10 different headglitches in a lane, the maps all have low visibility, and guns all have weird visual recoils along with a crap ton of gas ejection clouding your aim.
People don't play shipment to play cod, it's pretty much designed as an XP farm like a MMO game. Xp farms are supposed to be boring and pointless feeling like grinding. When I get my double XP tokens I load shipment 24/7 but if I don't have 2x XP I never touch shipment playlists. I don't think people actually enjoy primarily playing shipment style maps. They're just treating it like something you have to do to grind faster and get the guns and attachments you really want or maybe to try out the high killstreaks if they're not a great player and never get 10 kills without dying in another map.
Saying we deserve these maps is right on the money. Everyone longs for Standoff and Raid but when Shipment or Nuketown come up, they get all the votes. We did this to ourselves! With the fast movement in this game, we'd be better off with the maps from Ghosts.
We love you drift0r I’ve been watching your videos for over a decade and I will always be a life long fan I’m glad that your health issues are getting better keep up the good work
So glad your doing better in all aspects of your life! been watching and following you for gosh, years. Keep it up and keep going, ill always be here waiting for the next video!
Man, you just summarized it perfectly.. I catch myself being behind the learning curve of these games and I'm stuck thinking about these old games, where you had so much time actually thinking about what you were doing. COD is just not for me anymore
We are about the same age, I’m 36 and I agree with the end of your video. This game has passed me by and I’m just not good enough anymore and I don’t have the time to get better and it’s been super eye opening with BO6.
A lot of the maps have insane headglitch positions that overlook giant swaths of open ground. They are positions where you can get there and just dominate if or until you are grenaded, run out of ammo, or someone with Ninja runs up behind you. I also agree there are generally too many places to get shot from, especially in the open. I've been running the tactical wildcard and spamming smoke grenades, but even if I spam all 3 in different directions, there is bound to be someone staring down a different angle where the smoke doesn't help.
Yes, but compared to MW3 MP it’s about 5x worse, and that’s being nice. Last year of MWIII was almost as good as the prime days of BO2 & MW2 (2009)… or at least MWIII was reminiscent of those golden days that I look back with nostalgia. MWIII also cooked with every new map, which is incredible for a game with very outdated MW2 (2009) maps that don’t work in modern CoD AT ALL.
You and Nero brought up the omnimovement and aiming problems when players are sliding around fast. I agree and would argue it’s not entirely omnimovement but more so sliding. I think running in any direction feels nice
been a minute since i watched you driftor im glad youre still doing good and uploading, thanks for all the content over the last, 12 years man ive grown old with ya
I think the weakest part of this game right now is the maps. Some of these maps are suffering from the huge spawn issue that MW2019 had which leads to spawn killing and boring Dom matches
This COD has been the most fun for me since BO3!! You have to sweat for it to be fun though.. it’s hard to want to play with some of my casual friends because if they don’t know to setup and break spawn traps, game’s unplayable. I’m either going 80-10 or 30-40 and it really just depends on which team can spawn trap better.
2:45 I think the Tanto needs a nerf, it’s just crushing in all engagements at any distance. It’s the one gun in the game where I know I’m losing pretty much any fight against it at any distance regardless of what I’m using, if I got the jump on them, positioning, Etc. I think maybe nerfing how much getting shot by it makes you flinch is a good place to start
I’m 22 and fully agree on the maps. They’re participation award maps. They want little Timmy to be able to get his 5 free kills due to terrible spawns every game.. they’re rewarding players for throwing grenades from spawn because they wanna make sure even terrible players can find some form of success.
You don't seem to get it. COD has to appeal to the most amount of people humanly possible in order to justify it's development costs between 3 different development teams. I'm not disagreeing with you that the maps need work, however I still think these "brainrot" maps are way better than the much slower paced extremely camper friendly maps I last played on MW19. Never going to pay full price for a COD game again but since I have game pass I decided to give it a shot. Omnimovement can be sweaty occasionally but i generally prefer it compared to constantly dying to a guy posted up in his scope/optic constantly holding the same angles. The anount of times I've outmanuvered and had better aim while moving to get kills on people camping/holding angles is extremely satisfying but that's just me personally because I like to run around, far from perfect game but i definitely think it has potential.
very mature take on it. a lot of youtubers like blame truth and nero just gotta get out that old head mentality and hating just to hate. it’s not perfect but at least treyarch is communicating
The 2 absolute biggest issues right now is spawns and map size. Almost every match I find myself getting spawn killed or spawning right in the middle of a gun fight. If there were 2-3 small maps alright thats fine but it’s damn near half or more and the rest are medium at best.
Idc if the casuals like. Please add variety to the map design. You can have maps where youre in the combat quickky without spawning WITH THE ENEMY TEAM. do you know how often thats happened to me
I’m only going to be 27 and I don’t even think I’ve kept up with where CoD has gone. I miss the MW3 to BO4 days. Way better era I think. Games actually had character instead of feeling like they copied their friends homework and changed a few words.
You’re missing out. I’m 28 and have played almost every call of duty. They have been in decline for awhile now but BO6 has made them relevant again. Plus nuketown is back this Friday so 🤷♂️
40 yr old gamer here myself. Get old sucks, lol, but we need to keep up with the young gamers to keep our minds sharp. I probably will never use the omni movement in BLOPS6 and will rely on my sightline and map movement to overcome as much as I can. Love ya Drift!
This game has medium maps though. Also besides Nuketown, in regular 6v6 (not Face Off) Treyarch doesn’t have super small/tiny maps. BO6 having Babylon and Payback was an exception. Otherwise Infinity Ward and SHG have made more tiny maps.
I feel like you hit the nail on the head, these maps were designed for 4v4 to be good for MLG and competitive and I think will actually play really well in ranked mode when it comes out
As an old dude that can feel I don’t have the same coordination or reaction time I used to. I can’t tell if I am getting better. With how chaotic all the maps are, packet burrs/net code issues, and the SBMM. I have no idea how I am doing
If this game had no SBMM, I feel we could have a really good COD game. The maps are underwhelming, but we still have seasonal updates that could fix that. For me, SBMM is the main thing that hold this game back.
Agree with most of your opinions. But it's worth pointing out that with aim assist it's really really difficult to track enemies when they use boosts of movement that are available in this game, that's not just a kbm problem - only with kbm you have a far greater range of movement to adjust your aim compared to an analogue stick.
I'm struggling to even get through the camo grind, the spawns and maps are so bad that I'm just not interested. I do like camo grinding on Shipment of course, but there's only one or two maps that are structured like that where you can at least post up and get some work done, these are just cluttered random nonsense. Usually I grind camos and then play competitive, and hopefully 4v4 on some of these maps will be ok, but I'm not optimistic. I just can't believe they spent 4 years on this game and this is what we got. That completely blows my mind.
I finally got my copy this morning but unfortunately I'm working a 12 hour shift. Can't wait to get off work tonight and play. I'm a freaking week behind everyone else.
Been watching you for a long time my guy. So happy you're feeling better and getting things figured out. I'm getting pretty old too and find that I just have to play CoD in way shorter bursts than I used to. My hands can't take extended sessions anymore and there's more to life than CoD anyway. I still love the game and enjoy it but I think it's better for me overall to play for an hour or so a couple times a week.
Just give us some larger maps that arent focused on three lanes. If we have 6 small maps, fine, but we also need 6 medium and 6 large too. I like to play more tactically and nothing beats pulling off a well considered flank. Not all of us have tik-tok brain....
Thanks for the good review! It is as i expected from the beta, the other problems can be fixed, but the map design is what it was. I liked the gunplay and the movement alot, i think in those areas, it's the best cod in so many years. But the maps are designed for absolutely braindead gameplay, and it kind of makes the rest of it pointless. It is pretty clear it's designed purely for grinding those stats for challenges and camos. Not for actual engaging/competitive gameplay. Might still have to pick the game up at some point, for the zombies.
Agree on the maps and visual noise on pc. Lowtown and Rewind are the only maps I feel like i can do good on. And during close quarters i keep losing the red dot in everything else going on
Same, when this game goes in my favour I have a great time but I also miss the more strategic plays you could make in a game like bo3 it felt much more rewarding imo
Happy you’re health is looking up! I have been pleasantly surprised for the most part by BO6 but the maps truly are insufferable. I am of the opinion that there is NOTHING wrong with maps like Shipment and Nuketown, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them throughout my CoD days. But when maps are ONLY like those two, it’s just awful. Especially because even the design of the “larger” maps is often head scratching. Both Red Card and that cliffside/Eagles Nest esque map are essentially two lanes; in Red Card, you feel as though there should be a further flanking route to the right side of the map (assuming you’re garage spawn) when you’re in the bleachers to penetrate the other team’s room on the other side, but there’s not, and that in conjunction with the total lack of cover/lack of your own room overlooking that side of the map to shoot from, makes trying to use that entire lane/side of the map practically unbearable when you’re pushing from that spawn. Beyond that, it isn’t uncommon for the enemy team to be able to push up to the escalators and head glitch it to shoot directly down into your spawn. Essentially, you’re often stuck with one lane on the left side of the map if you’re unlucky enough to be the garage spawn team. It’s completely one-sided, poorly designed TRASH. On the Eagle’s Nest like one (I forget the name) it’s the same kind of thing on the left side of the map. Instead of there being a walkway to the left of the house, there’s just that gaping hole in the pavement that you can’t cross. Again, it forces what would otherwise be a decent map into this weird, two lane nonsense. I genuinely have no idea what the maps teams are thinking anymore, I’m convinced they must be huffing paint. I have zero game dev experience but I am CONFIDENT that I could blueprint better map designs than every CoD dev team that has worked on the series since 2019. It’s absurd
I think part of why the maps are designed this way or feel “small” is due to the Omni movement and it it affects our perception of distance and space. If you removed omnimovement and tac sprint, these maps feel quite big with really wide play spaces
it baffles me they didnt make the maps bigger, BO3 and AW both changed their map design to accommodate their new movement systems, yet for BO6 we seem to be going backwards...
@@autofigure00the thing is, I think they did. The maps all feel designed for omnimovement. There are a lot of awkwardly large rooms, strangely wide hallways, huge doors, etc etc. It’s just the way modern cod maps are designed now. Simplistic, 3 lane, sort of bland and uninteresting. After the backlash to 2019 and the craze over Shipment playlists, I doubt we will see more complex map design again.
Upscaling is fine for me, adds around a 30% performance increase, although there is a visual bug when selecting DLSS in the menu that reports FidelityFX CAS enabled when it's running DLSS. The menu visual bug is not related to the performance issues. I have noticed that since the update overall performance dropped for me regardless of using an upscaler or not.
I still have the problem where I get into a game and everything is black until I leave often. Also my settings get reset everytime I log in including my sensitivity, fov, graphics settings, audio and all of that.

It's crazy that I started following you with Black Ops 2 In Depth and here we are with Black ops 6. Time flies
“Brain Rot Maps” is so funny 😂😂😂
Man I still remember driftor making the mw2 in depth videos on machinima and him explaining that his mic sounded weird "BECAUSE MY STUPID DOG ATE MY MICROPHONE", good times, god time sure does go by
That dog ate a lot of microphones
I used to watch driftor back in bo2 definitely bringing back memories and resubbed
Thank you! We totally deserve these maps. Everyone was crying about wanting smaller maps with high action. Now we got it and everybody is complaining. There are no such thing as small maps with good spawns people just want to complain.
Footsteps are still silent or broken. It Sucks for us who like to play more slowly as 90% of my deaths are from behind
These shipment clones are just another facet of catering to their target audience. Everything in CoD MP is nowadays centered around ADHD tiktok Timmies.
shut up, its fun
Does anyone else think the calling cards are almost none existent in this game? You basically never see the calling cards or emblems anymore
i remember checking everyones emblem and calling card every time i got into a lobby in bo2
There’s like wayyyy more calling card variety then emblems . I think there’s legit only 13 ish emblems
This!!! I barely even see mine
I’m a grown man with a day job now that plays COD with my colleagues after work 😂😭
I used to coach COD for college esports, so I can kinda keep up with omnimovement, but man I still struggle.
I love you man, I’ve been watching since bo2. I remember getting off school waiting to watch ur vids and play. I hope you’re doing well. Time flies
Less sbmm would make me enjoy it better. I can’t even play the game for real. Just spawn die.
Been praying for you, man! Glad surgery went well
Totally agree that the base game maps would play better with 4v4/5v5, but I feel like people would get weirdly outraged by if Treyarch ever made core multiplayer smaller than 6v6. No statistics/source for this, just a feeling.
Here's hoping that the DLC maps will have a bit more breathing room...
P.S. Congrats on the successful surgery and rapid recovery. It's good to see you this healthy after all these years, hopefully things continue to get better for you.
They made BO4 5v5 and the community actually praised them for it.
Take care
Happy you recovered fast Drift0r, Will be waiting for more gameplay videos
:)
Great to see you recovered so quickly! Can't wait for your gun guides. It will give me so much nostalgia.
And in this game you won't be able to deal with head glitches because there is practically no headshot multiplier.
Grinding in general is stupid, everything should be unlocked from the beginning, no prestige system, none of this bloated bs they keep adding
Saying we deserve these maps is right on the money. Everyone longs for Standoff and Raid but when Shipment or Nuketown come up, they get all the votes. We did this to ourselves! With the fast movement in this game, we'd be better off with the maps from Ghosts.
love seeing the videos goat, congrats on the successful surgery
There just needs to be a balance. There need to be more mid sized maps like scud and vault to balance out the subsonic paybacks and babylons
We love you drift0r I’ve been watching your videos for over a decade and I will always be a life long fan I’m glad that your health issues are getting better keep up the good work
I'm surprised you didn't mention the desync. It's the worst it's ever been.
Glad you're okay dude! Good to see you still making videos. I'll never forget your cool BO2 intros
So glad your doing better in all aspects of your life! been watching and following you for gosh, years. Keep it up and keep going, ill always be here waiting for the next video!
Appreciate that man, means a lot.
Hi drift. Glad you’re looking healthy! Been watching you since the machinima/mw2 days.
This is the most fun I’ve had in cod since 2019
I agree about the maps! It all plays like nuketown
They decided the make the most fast paced, small map CoD and didnt bother upgrading their outdated asf servers
Please keep uploading. Favorite cod UA-camr we need
I watched all if your health videos, damn dude!!! Glad you are doing way better!!
been a minute since i watched you driftor im glad youre still doing good and uploading, thanks for all the content over the last, 12 years man ive grown old with ya
Bo3 was the greatest but this isnt even close. Every kill cam is a sweaty mlg sliding Adderall dork. Bo3 was never like that
i appreciate the abundant settings options for PC - i have a lot of movement assists on so i can focus more on aim than previous titles
Super happy you are recovering well Driftor!
Plus nuketown is back this Friday so 🤷♂️
Grats on getting thrugh surgery! crazy how we are here 20 years later still watching, creating CoD videos >_
40 yr old gamer here myself. Get old sucks, lol, but we need to keep up with the young gamers to keep our minds sharp. I probably will never use the omni movement in BLOPS6 and will rely on my sightline and map movement to overcome as much as I can. Love ya Drift!
Bro Holy God am I glad to see you posted.
Glad to hear you're surgery went well
Love ya Drift0r. I'm pushing 40 myself lol been watching you for a while
I love that they included this game with gamepass. Otherwise I probably would’ve never played it. So far I’ve been having fun w multiplayer.
This game has medium maps though. Also besides Nuketown, in regular 6v6 (not Face Off) Treyarch doesn’t have super small/tiny maps. BO6 having Babylon and Payback was an exception. Otherwise Infinity Ward and SHG have made more tiny maps.
My first Treyarch game since bo3, I'm actually loving this one. Lot like the first one but wayyy more improved on obviously
Great vid! We love you, drift!
Yeah I think Imma quit, casual play is gone the game literally plays for itself now
SBMM isn't the problem, the maps and weird movement is
@@drunkhusband6257 bot
Absolutely love to hear that your surgery went well
Agree with most of your opinions. But it's worth pointing out that with aim assist it's really really difficult to track enemies when they use boosts of movement that are available in this game, that's not just a kbm problem - only with kbm you have a far greater range of movement to adjust your aim compared to an analogue stick.
Driftor!!! Back in the alg
As a sniper player, using smgs seem like better snipers. Smgs need more recoil for distant firing. Otherwise using a smg is an option for sniping.
I'm pushing 45, buddy. I still love playing CoD, but man some of the speed levels in these recent games can be very disorientating!
I'm right there with ya, gotta pace yourself.
HELL YEAH!! Hope your health continues to improve.
Agree on the maps and visual noise on pc. Lowtown and Rewind are the only maps I feel like i can do good on. And during close quarters i keep losing the red dot in everything else going on
I played the full release, and I had fun. It made me miss the slower pace games like BO1, BO2, MW2 in the xbox 360 days.
I'd love a Black Ops 1 remaster w/ multiplayer
It’s absurd
Yeah, my friends always loved to play shipment 24/7 in MW2019 and I always hated it.
hope you are feeling better!
I think part of why the maps are designed this way or feel “small” is due to the Omni movement and it it affects our perception of distance and space.
If you removed omnimovement and tac sprint, these maps feel quite big with really wide play spaces
Eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
it baffles me they didnt make the maps bigger, BO3 and AW both changed their map design to accommodate their new movement systems, yet for BO6 we seem to be going backwards...
I'm a casual and i love small maps. Shipment and nuketown are my favorites.
Also my settings get reset everytime I log in including my sensitivity, fov, graphics settings, audio and all of that.
driftor !!! buddy
shipment is all about the chaos!!!!
spawn traps is part of the appeal lol
Glad you are doing good!! The GOAT is back and better than ever
Thanks man!
I haven't even bothered this year, I got it free on gamepass and I haven't even downloaded it yet. As soon as everyone said they were tiny maps and you spawn die like shipment. (You are not the first person to say this to me.) I decided it was a hard pass, I hate those types of maps. BTW glad your surgery went well.
