    sir aapne bataya ki bicep k liye preacher curl sabse better hai aur back muscles k liye T-bar raw ,
    to aap har ek body parts ka 1 khaas exercise bataye please.
    1. abs
    2. calf
    3. chest
    4. forearms
    5. legs
    6. shoulders &
    7. triceps

    By not going all the way down, you'll simply weaken your tendons compared to the muscle which is one of the reasons behind torn biceps. Full Range or Motion is hugely beneficial and muscle grows the most at its most stretched position.
    If you continuously avoid doing full range of motion then sooner or later you are making yourself prone to bicep tear due to your weak tendons.

    I am right handed man ... But since I started gym my left arm is little big and more power than right hand. Whenever I am doing for triceps i just feel only in left hand, very low pressure in right hand. So please give me some information how I can make power balance in both triceps? Thank u sir
