I dislike the ATF as much as the next guy, but the first one has a switch on it. Meaning he couldn't take it off at all. His time on taking the other slide off was about 4.5 seconds.
Yeah. But did you see how many times his hand was in front of the barrel? He even fired it with his hand in front of the barrel. And his finger was always on the trigger.
@@secretagentkay5670 As long as he rendered the firearm safe and did not flag others, it's fine.
@@willybur7779 Nah, doens't make sense. If everyone correctly rendered a firearm safe 100% of the time, there wouldn't be any NDs. Firearms safety rules exist because of the existance of human mistakes.
An expert should have known the switch would cause this issue. He did not. Still a 🤡
@@kevinquick4844as someone who does not have an SOT but likes to know and understand things. Why? Does it need to be in semi auto or does the switch need to be removed first?
the switch is crazy 😂
It’s like a cave man holding a gun for the first time
He instills confidence at every level 😂😂😂😂
Love the safety check at the beginning he should become a firearms safety instructor for the rest of the atf
The first one had a switch on it😂😂
I can check if it's clear and remove the slide in 5 seconds, then give meanother 5 minutes to disassemble every screw and then 2 more minutes to put it back together
That cheese wasn’t letting him do his thang ahhaha
It was the switch that made the first slide harder to remove
I don’t think you could even remove it with the backplate switch still on lol. The blade will continue to hit things on the way out
@@turbolegend3976u can remove it its just hard asf
@@hunchoglow1981are you sure
@@hunchoglow1981no u cant
9:12 that lil belt sander is awesome
I'm surprised he even knew it was a gun.
"this one is bad, let me grab another one"
The first one had a switch on it
Yeah I think that first one was a ghost tbh😂
Fr 💀
You’ll never see a “gun expert” working with the atf
My first thought was that camera about to die.
Doesn't clear it then flags his own hand multiple times. Lol
Under 25 seconds! Impressive... for a purely political hire. What ever happened to the days where they hire the right man for the job?
Meanwhile Mike Ehrmantraut in under 1 second flat.
The ATF needs to be abolished but this certainly wasnt a case of not knowing what to do
Yes, it was.
He didn’t know how to do it and had to fumble.
Thats like saying you know how to drive a stick shift when you only know conceptually how it works, but never drove one.
You may “know”. But you really don’t KNOW.
@rebchizelbeak5392 except for the fact that he appears to pick up a second one, same model, and do it exactly right in just a few seconds.
Ok.... it wasn't that he didn't know how to take down a glock. It was the fact that he didn't know how to take down a glock with a switch. The first one had a switch, and the second did not. That said an ATF "expert" should know the difference and what to do. He's a 🤡
So he knew what to do and just…couldn’t do it? So he’s incompetent? How is that better than being ignorant?
@@jacoblehn8752 yeah so if he starts clearing 100 guns, he would throw away 80 of them because those have their switch on?
Whats your logic?
A gun expert should know ANYTHING about guns. ANYTHING.
When my dad saw this I asked him, “can you disassemble a Glock?” He cut me off laughing and said he could do it in his sleep💀
And they are the experts 😂
Bruh the first one has a switch you can’t take the slide off without taking it apart and you see him switch to a normal glock 😂 yall dumb asf Fr 🤦🏽
He shoulda known
That's his job too know dummy
It's 10 years in prison felony for possession of a switch you know right? Not knowing about them simply makes people law abiding not dumb.
@@obsequious_obsolescenceit's not illegal to know how they work
@@obsequious_obsolescenceits not illegal to have a switch if u have a license for one 🤣
First gun had a switch but second glock had no switch
Wow. Pathetic.
The first one he picked up has a "switch" on it, or it's a Glock 18. Not sure about the switch, but on the 18, you have to put the select-fire lever into the "SEMI-AUTO" mode before you can remove the slide. In any case, the 2nd one he picks up appears to be a "regular" Glock and he's able to get the slide off using the normal method; pull trigger, pull slide back a tad, depress both slide release tabs, remove slide.
No matter what though, it appears he didn't ensure the guns were unloaded prior to all of the manipulation.
Dude didn't even check if the gun was empty.
A role model for all gun owners right here.
"And now we will be showing you Secret Service agents how to holster your weapon"
Omg I'm rolling in the floor laughing soooo hard.... that might be the best video I've ever seen involving the S.A.'s out of Quantico lol!!!!!! Awesome... ty
He looks like a caveman that just discovered alien technology 😂😂😂😂
I kinda want to apply for the atf now. "I know Basic Fire Arms Saftey" on my resume has got to put me ahead of this guy.😂
I believe this man’s “expert” level was gained by cheat code.
I’m even legally allowed to own a Glock and I can remove it faster than this dude ever does
Perfect example of “Its not what you know, its who you know.”
to be fair it looked like the first one had a switch on it
There always gotta be that one person who has to have their voice heard rather than just laugh at the video.
This agent is just as capable as any of you. I can tell by how he got the slide off first try on the Glock with no switch.
ATF got switches to they know how cool they are 😂
There is a cutout on a normal slide plate that allows it to pass over the disconnect. The switch plates don’t have this cutout because that’s where the part is that makes it full auto. The little finger on the plate hits the disconnect as the slide goes into battery.
I'll always look at this video when I need to laugh
That first gloc hadda switch😂💀
out of all the grips he used, i never would’ve even thought of one, even when i was still new to firearms.
They should be experts in handling firearms. This is embarrassing to the ATF.
Remember, ATF: always look down the barrel to make sure it's not loaded.
This reminds of the situation at work when you have been there a couple years you know 90-95% of things, then you have to demonstrate your work skills and your given the one task you haven’t been trained on 😂
Bro really said "lemme try another one"
