Did you try the solution he said for the petcock thread problem? Mine is sitting here brand new without a petcock. Did it worked? I already tried two petcocks and still don't fit

What kind of oil do you run in your bikes? From watching your older video when you were doing 16:1 break in there was no visible smoke.

Hey Alex I have question should I waiting instal my window piston motor until it's break it in first or should just put the window piston in first and then fired and broken I was going to install my reed valve 32-40mm 21mm intakeor should I just installed both of them at the same time before break in I've never done a read valve with window piston new zeda 80cc ?

Nice video you helped me out before have another question I Bought a minaralli hybrid bicycle engine it is going to upgrade my zeda 80cc triple 40 bicycle engine that engine has a cnc high performance compression head on it my question can I use that head on the minaralli reason the minaralli has 6mm head stud bolts and the zada 80 engine has 8mm and the head I'm wanting to use has stud holes a little bigger than 8mm can I use that head on the minaralli or will I have to do something to make it work?
Do you know if you can change the one piece cylinder head combination to a two piece cylinder head? Just change the head bolts?

Love your content and love the video on the frames. I was considering getting a gastank frame but honestly right now is not the time for it. I want to make sure when I get one that my wheels fit. Did you talk about those at all? I did not hear it...when I took alot of my stock wally world kit parts to my first frame they failed to match up. the wheels did not fit at all. I had a buddy do it but I am afraid he ruined the frame somehow. Those frames are ment to have coaster brakes and not free wheels with disk or pads. Sad they have not improved on the design at all. :(

Hello. I love your videos. I need some help . I have a 49cc big bore pocket bike motor and I want to hook up a kill switch. We have had 3 different kill switches and they all don't work when we plug them in to the motor. So something is wrong. There is one wire coming from the motor and I am assuming it is a kill switch accessory wire. It has two plug in ports so my kill switches all plug in but do not stop the motor. What am I doing wrong. Please help

Same frame but mine had a motor mount 3.47 gas tank aluminum no paint did you find a fuel petcock Confederate I'm still looking for one
Ya mine came dented to but fixed the issue they sent me a few free parts for the damage almost done now few minor things left

If I could ask a question... I find these frames especially appealing, in that there's a built in gastank.
I've never been a fan of mountain bikes, but always loved the BMX variety.
So, I was wondering if it were possible to use 20 inch rims and if there would be enough clearance with the crank arms without having to shorten them and be able to pedal without the pedals hitting the ground?
I plan to use 30 inch forks to increase the rake, so keeping that in mind.
I guess it would be a chopper look.

Hey Alex I just landed a firestorm zeda 80cc from bicycle engine.com $130. It has a zeda 80 stamp rod I just uploaded the unboxing waiting for window piston and aluminum CNC head the next couple days
i got the 3.75 gas frame had trouble finding a headset that fits but got help from someone from zeda he pointed out that the headset uses 44mm so thats 44mm outer 30mm inner and the petcock i went for was an honda generator M10X1.25

Yo motored life. I’m from central Illinois as well, I also have a 66cc 2 stroke bike. I was wondering if you could help me with a question. My front tire keeps going flat but the back does just fine...any idea why and any suggestions on how to fix it, besides putting a new tube in it lol.
How does it go flat? Spoke poking in, pot holes, break rubbing? Your gonna need to find that out first.
Interesting take; do you/anyone happen to have the measurements of the frame space where the engine fits? Not sure mine will, it is different engine.

Does the Push start bullet train fit cdhpower 3.4L gas frame? I couldn't find any information online about it. I noticed that you used a gas tank frame with the bullet train motor in the video. what cnc mounts did you use to mount the batteries. also did you have to do anything extra to mount the motor?
Motor sits right on the frame no extra mount. I used the regular 1.5" to hold the battery. I want to do saddle bags.

Alot of work with the headset cups and a mallet. Rly just pounded it in. Was very hard to get in place though. Once i had the edge I just kepts tapping

I only needed a wide crank for the bt80 I have on it. The headset is 1 1/8" Thanks for watching!

@@MotoredLife I had surgery on Thursday for my right shoulder rotary cuff ligaments and muscles torn there to put pins in 3 hours surgery procedure 6 weeks of recovery is going to be awhile before I get back on a bike

Buy a 1.5 inch cnc front mount and dremel it out to 1.66 to fit the frame nicely i recently finished my felt faker with one of robs big bore 50mm iron sleeved case reed feel free to check it out if you like whole bike minus forks and the brakes came from rob she flys
