I love ur videos they come out super good u go straight to the point and don't waste ur time thanks bro
Beautiful!
It took me five years to figure out what you need to do to these bike in order to hit 5060+ it’s so funny how nobody likes to talk about it and keep it as a secret
thanks for sharing. thats a nice bike.
Nice, well made.
Nice bike dude.😀
Looks good, I can see you like messing with things, excellent work homey 😎👍🙋💪
That's the most beautiful motorized bike I've ever seen. I'm toying between a gas bike and/or electric....I'm now leaning toward gas-powered.
Gas powered is a lot cheaper up front, and definitely gets better range than most electric bikes. They're quite a bit faster also. From an economy standpoint, the 4 stroke engines are more fuel efficient and more reliable overall, but they're heavy. To match the performance of this motor, you'd have to install a 212cc Predator engine which weighs something like 45lbs compared to the 15lbs or so that this engine weighs.
Nice Clean Build!
Enjoyed watching.
You’re kicking the hobby up a couple notches.
nice review
Nice! I like that thumb throttle
Sweet bike 🚲💨
Wow i like it bro.good job..
Good job
What adapter did you use for the rear disc brake caliper? Im stuck
Very nice
Beautiful bike
How did u put the sprocket on the same side as hydraulic brakes
Nice bike
how u manage disc s on rear i didnt quite get it
I love everything about that bike.
I know this video is 2 years old. Just wanted to say great build and beautiful bike. Its awesome.
Bro that's a dope as bike live it for bless you and the family and everyone in the world 💟 live respect bike life 💯💪
Is a great built, thanks to share, keep doing these motorized bike, videos on up grade, rebuilt & repair & share thanks, from panama joe. Hello.
Hi Michael again the two bars on the seat where did you get them
Wheren did you get the rear seat mount from?
Im 250lbs, and got my 80 up to 35mph. Changing the carb this week.
Could you please tell me where I can get the handlebars and fork?
the hyperlink to the Racing handles are no longer available. could you update it with a new source? also whats the name of the fork you are using? cdhpower fork by chance?
Do you have a problem with burning your leg on the exhaust pipe? It looks very close. I'm building a bike and I want a good performance pipe that is finished like yours.
those 31mm clip on bars work with that triple tree that's 28mm?
Man this is awesome!!! How long is the wheelbase??
I know that this is a long shot but, it doesn’t hurt to try. I bought a similar kit from gas bike several years ago and just got around to putting it together. However, I’m running rich on idle and main jets and I have no clue as to what type of carb this is or even the jet sizes. By any chance, would you happen to know this information, what size jets are you using? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
I live in Broward County Florida I have a two-stroke bicycle engine kit with electric start and the battery and the fuse box doesn't mount where it's intended to so I was wondering if you can help me out for free cuz by making a custom bracket for the fuse box in my battery to mount to my bicycle
Runs smooth top quality reliable rounding up good parts may have been as labor intensive as actual build .
You should be proud of accomplishment an how it turned out look like it cruised in its comfort rpm range at 30 - 35mph which igreat my friction kit bike only have 20 or 22 after that it's pushing em . Enjoy !
Sweet little racer
Hey , wat size tank is that..??
We're did you get the clips next to the bike chain to hold on the bike seat? Also did you cut off the pole the one on amazon is a u shape and I want my seat like yours but red. Please help! Also I subscribed by the way, beautiful build.
You need the u shape to keep the seat in place. It's called a sissy bar.
*your bike is very beautiful* 🚀
Vdd 😂😂
Very cool brother what forks are those .Great build and great video subbed ya.
Awesome little bike! 1 small thing I would change would be the carb manifold ... and give it a much smoother mandrel bend ... and try and straighten up in intake path as much as possible. Coz its a shame to have such a beautiful reed case motor and then bottle neck it with a far from optimal intake track :)
How much does it weigh and how much will it cost to build?
yeah thats whar im trying to find out
build yourself easily 12 -1500 purchase from someone 15- 2500 approximately its an expensive hobby for sure!
@CruzRedEye it's usually cheaper to buy than to build
@@dirxclvck mine cost $596
Awesome work!...love your attention to detail👍
I like the built in tank
Another nice bike that won't last long at all without an Air Filter!!! Thanks for sharing...
Saw a dude hear on youtube whou ben runing over 5000miles a year no filter no problems im with you about thinking it nesesety but seen lots of guys get along fine without one
The new single serve k cup universal ( fill it yourself) coffee filter screen cage works great as a high flow micro filter
Look again you morons. It's got an air filter
She's awesome
You can replace the spark wire with one from a car. Free upgrade. Simply cut to length and twist it in the little black box. They sell msd, ngk, etc cables in singles as well. Cheers!🍻 Nice bike! Really nice job!
Not true dude you want zero resistance copper core wire.car wires are designed to work with other electrical equipment with resistance there for weaker spark.
@@JamesPiccone I'm using Bosch super conductor spark plug wire from my chrysler/mitsubishi car that has individual ignition coils. The cheap china crap copper wire it came with sucks. I've done this wire upgrade to my other actual motorcycles and they have benefited from it with out fail. Yes do not use resistance wires.
@@s14duma of course it's going to work you obviously don't know what you're talking about with resistance. And no shit the stock wire is bulshit who said it wasn't? Seven or eight mm copper core wire is the best performance you're going to get.car specs are meant for resistance working with other electrical equipment so you don't have interference 😂. High performance race applications use zero resistance copper core wires for a reason 👍. By the way everybody changes out the bullshit Boot and spark plug with NGK. These are not motorcycles they have a very weak magneto and resistance does not help.I think we all know how to buy a new "nonresistance" wire and cut it down the length😂. Nobody run stock anything unless you're a new goober at this.
I got a orange nitchski racing wire ?
I pulled the wire off an old tiller i found in the woods... Just playing!
Man!!! best motorized bike money can buy.. Wow built from scratch? You built and welded that frame and molded the wheels?
So where else can you purchase this motor since the link is no longer available?
I got one off Amazon, gets here Monday... Really look around on there... I got mine for $140...
Where do you get that seat?
Ebay search banana seat
How much do you turn out those air ratio screw so it can can idle when you screw all the way in how much do you screw out
On a flat side carb like this pwk oko you wanna be 1 to 1 1/2. If your 2 turns out or more down size your pilot jet. I live in high elevation so I run 100 main jet needle clip in leanest condition top clip. 32 pilot jet and one turn out at night and morning around one and a half max during hot summer day temps. I'm still rich due to I drilled out the main pick up. Don't do the zeda carburetor mod if your in high elevation. You'll end up like me buying a new carburetor and getting low again and hoping to run a leaner result.
Austin Joslyn I figured it out lol so I have a 21mm pwk dirt bike carb I got and it works really good so I turned the air ratio screw which is the tiny one I turned it out exactly 3 turns out and for the big screw I did 3 turns and it worked liked a charm
Is that a 80cc or 100cc?
Very cool, where can i purchase frame and rims?
Can someone please tell me which exhaust pipe that is?
It is a customized rm80 pipe from a suzuki
WOW this is dope HOW can I buy one from you
Lovely bike design is great how fast does it go, engine size and also how far can it go on a full tank of petrol?
MrLucidLJ my best guess would be 40-50mph
How much do you turn out those
I want to buy one of your bikes how can we make that happen
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP: Hello! I currently have 2 motorized bikes. One of them has the normal stock engine head bolts, with the head easily removed to replace the gaskets/the head itself. The other one however, has allen bolts holding down the engine, with the head and body being smaller. It doesnt appear that you can replace the head and put on a high compression head, which I am planning to do. They are both 2 stroke kits.
Sounds like the one with a smaller cylinder is the new one piece style, you can replace the whole cylinder with the normal style cylinder and put a new head on it and the regular long cylinder studs just make sure you get the 66/80cc cylinder and you need to know which stroke the engine is because there's two types of cylinders one has a 40mm and take the other has a 32mm intake the 40mm intake is for 40mm stroke engines and ZAE50 bottom ends the 32mm intake cylinder is for 38mm stroke engines like fm80 style. As long as the spacing is correct for the new bolts and the correct size bolts.
@@Baldys_projects thank you!
Hi how are u brother? Very nice built as always. 😅 I do have 2 questions for u though. Did u build this engine ? And if u did can u give me a list of the parts used ? Like crankshaft, rod, piston, and clutch assembly parts I would greatly appreciate it . Take care and God bless
how do these wheels hold up? this one in particular?
I like the look too and it's tempting but I'm sticking with spokes for the safety and longevity.
Nice! Had any issues with expansion chamber to cylinder leakage ?
I have a n expansion chamber on mine and it leaks like the titanic.
@@cliffordgibson7326A slip fit header flange and retainer springs is the only way to go , think motocross bike . I found that you cant solid mount to the cyl. head on a two stroke it will never stay tight .
No air filter?
easy on the clutch, boi
Did you modified the motor
how it costs?
Engine: GAS
Motor: ELECTRIC
Where did you get your rear seat clamps ? I need those !
how do u tighten motor chain once it stretches
Buy a new chain
Either take the rear wheel a little further back, or if it’s extremely loose now remove a link
south florida?
How much is the frame?
Very well thought out build!
I keep my speed at ~20 or below. Otherwise officers start looking for a license plate. Motorized bike riders don't need a license ,reg., plates, insurance etc. Turn it into a motorcycle that moves like one and you can be cited. Australia seems to be more strict.
& MN
The is only one state in Australia that has baned motorized bikes
You are a moped 30 mph is all you are allowed.
When is gasbikes going to have these conversion kits back?
Wish we could figure out a way to quiet down/silence the motor.
Wow that's one of the nicest ones I've seen so far I build some butt never that frame always wanted to build that frame nice bike
Hell yeah that's fuckin' Bad dude 👍👍👍
Great, now race it on the Isle of Man TT. :P
I don't want to em look bad on those expensive bikes! Lmao
Hahaha!!! 👌🏁👍✌️
this is the best looking motorized bike i've yet seen.
What size jets you installed
gary young I think it was a 105 main, and a 38 pilot
@@MJTechChannel so why that don't work for me
What two cycle mix would you recommend or would you say is the best
around 20:1 for break-in then 32:1 full synthetic if possible after that.
@@Dogking1013 I asked another person on UA-cam and I think they said that they use car oil you know anything about that
@@will3460 If you have a 2-stroke engine definitely DO NOT use oil made for cars. 2 Stroke oil is made specifically to burn, 4 stroke oil will gunk up your engine. I use maxima 2-stroke oil full synthetic, it doesn't really matter what type you use but make sure it's for 2 strokes, and full synthetic is best.
@@Dogking1013 way off. At least 40:1 for break in. Then after 2 tanks switch to 32:1. And only full synthetic. Never use car oil. It's formulated different. Use Opti2 or Lucan 2 stroke.
@@thereal_dashwilliams 40:1 is less oil than 32:1??? You want to use more oil for break-in..
Are you in Naples?
West Palm Beach my guy
🤯🤩🤩
Are these forsale
Link of the folks?
Nice bike I definitely appreciate what I'm seeing me and my little brother had been riding for years it's nice to see a good bike definitely want to know where you got your front shocks and handlebars :-) that's a very nice set up I roll with a 29in though so it's probably going to be a little different but any direction is a good direction as long as it's not backwards :-) right
On your banna search Where did the bar mounts come from
Hey man, where did you get those forks ?
Very nice bike ,,,,I would have not said anything about zeda ,you got lucky with this engine because they have been ripping people off lately
What about the pipe getti g hot on your leg
I like to buy one how much??
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. I recently put my motorized bike together. Without the spark plug in, the engine wants to turn over when I release the clutch. With the sparkplug, it does NOTHING. WHATS WRONG!
Check your clutch, slipping. There are video's on clutch adjustment.
Sparkplugs too long. Get different plug or grind the piston top to clear the plug tip.
A high compression motor will be hard to turn over. One of the unspoken fixes with the clutch is to whack the clutch assembly with a block of wood and hammer from the right side of the bike. Something in there sticks an this jars it free. Built right, turning over by hand is hard.
These things are legally classified as mopeds going over 30 mph is asking for it
Hey where did you get the seat
MZPartsmiami.com
@@MJTechChannel thank you very much
Top speed?
It's amazing bike! Explamation is very good! I think you have to put chain idler for proper work. It's my tip😉
Where did you get the post for the banana seat
These came from a rear rack purchased on amazon.
Zeda has the best reputation. They honestly are on top........
Love the RUSSIAN REAR SPROCKET
