I came across this channel by chance and have watched and loved them all ! The filming is fantastic and I do hope you continue putting up your videos as often as possible. In this crazy world they're so calming.
Everything, everything I want in a canal vlog right here, the churchyard scenes were pure joy, cosines level set to maximum. Thanks so much, you guys make my week!
Hi there the youtube gods decided i should check out this channel and man they were right am hooked. i feel so relaxed watching your vlogs keep up the good work and the back ground music is spot on.
These are incredibly relaxing insites into life on the cut,the music the photography and your oration is splendid! But ive had to resub on a new account as Google locked me out of my old account, We just need more and more regular please 🙏 ❤️
That was just beautiful. I loved the frosted leaves. Cottage pie looked yummy! Ok now get cracking and edit our next video! 😅 oh I really hope this doesn’t sound creepy but I loved the footage of the headstones. Old and moss covered, tilting towards one another. It really makes me think when I see them. There’s a certain kind of beauty in them and then you have the crosses. Very much an autumnal/wintery vibe. Haunted almost. Thank you. See you guys next time.
Another great glimpse into the past and somewhat surprised that Milton Keynes didn’t put roundabouts along the canal !! Loved the difference between last year and this year. Last year was 2022 and this year is 2023. Comedy genius !!!
Thank you for sharing throroughly enjoyed this apart from the cottage pie which i so wanted haha, the scenery was lovely and all the little details , wonderful and i am sat here and the weather outside is awful so I cosied up to watch this, thanks xxxxx
You have Cosily Captured Christmas. The harsh winter weather snapped wonderfully. Its comforting to know that your videography will not disappoint. The framed stills are a winner.
Such a beautiful video just loved the winter scenes …. And the fire you have going , must be nice and cosy in the boat with it one …… I haven’t read that book by Marion Keyes or the one before it , any good ? ….. safe travels 🍁🧡🍄🍄🟫🍁🍂📖
So sad you’ve retired “How Much For This In London”! 😢 We’ve loved it so much we’ve begun playing along in Vancouver 🇨🇦! Amen to #CottagePieCore !! Thanks for making my evening with another sublime vlog Kris, Andrew & Lady Matilda 🐾♥️
Another fab vlog, we really look forward to another coming out…..and then you leave us hanging. It was interesting to see that part of the GU in winter. We went up through there a couple of weeks ago, totally different. Keep them coming ❤️☮️
Reliving our adventure from this year but the opposite direction and temperature. We did Braunston -Cosgrove - Berkhamsted - now the thames for winter. I love the pace and the vibe of your videos.
Another beautiful, relaxing video. I love the shameless 12 month lag between filming and posting. It makes me think that during the inevitable nuclear winter I will have something cozy to watch from the “Good Old Days”
Another great vlog, reminding us of the winter to look forward to! We moored around MK and Cosgrove for 2/3 months last spring (family stuff) it was great, wonderful walks, friendly people and we always felt safe, especially in New Bradwell (where the police presence was in your video). Fab filming..... 😊
I love the short little zooms you started doing. It’s reminds me of a certain film which I can’t think of. Always the best channel. Thank you for all the work you put in to it.
You're my new favourite channel! You guys are just so genuine in your nature & your content, & I love how you see the world! Always picking up on the beautiful things from the vast to the minute. Thank you & can't wait for the next!
Right guys I’m officially obsessed with your channel 😂 I live on a sailboat in Greece for six months of the year with my partner. This year we decided to escape the heat and have summer in England (partner from London). We spent one month in Leamington Spa and one month in Woking house sitting. When we weren’t at home caring for the doggies we explored the canals and fell in love with narrow boats. Maybe it’s time to sell the sailboat and buy a narrow boat ♥️ Keening waiting for new episodes 😊
Ah yes I remember the Winter of 23 here on the Canadian Prairie, it was both milder than usual, and not less snow than normal. I Luv EL Nino winters. Great vlog as usual, with your wonderful videography
As per usual kris you’ve done it again you seem to have a way with words that makes me feel comfortable and very contented especially with a lovely cottage for dinner oh yeh!! Heehee thankyou for your excellent videos really do enjoy them.
This is so beautiful guys, absolutely loved watching! It's been a while since we did that stretch, you've made us get itchy feet to get cruising again sometime soon :) thank you for sharing xxx
Just what I needed. 9pm on a Sunday, early to bed feeling sorry for myself. Train delays Friday has left me with a chill/cold/ flu. Delete as you see fit! Thank you. One of these days I hope to enjoy a life without the need for dad ing a living!
I was really worried by the references to first frost, weather situation etc, until Andrew mentioned 2023. Phew! Given that we're having a little Indian summer in late September (2024) I was worried I was gonna wake to snow in the morning. Lovely film, thank you.
I’ve been enjoying your content in various places online since LJ days and I’ve been practicing filming, color grading, editing with Fuji cameras for a little bit now so it’s been so fun to watch your content from that perspective! These videos are great!
That's so nice, thanks so much 🥹 it really means a lot when I hear people have been putting up with me since LJ haha! How are you enjoying shooting video on Fuji? We are a smaller group than the Sony stans, but quite passionate I think!
@@krisatomic I still can’t tell if Fujis give a certain look or people who shoot and edit a certain way are just drawn to Fuji cameras, but once the X series was released I had to have one and haven’t tried anything else since. Really into the video experience, such a fun mix of technical & creative, hopefully will find or make a way to take it a bit more seriously in the future!
Mesmerizing. I saw it pop up earlier and saved it to see before I went to sleep. So relaxing, from the images, to the music, your editing is sick ……in a great way 😊. The dog was quite unusual. Definitely reminded of something from one of my faves “My Neighbor Totoro'”. The food looked delicious. Thank you for another feast for the soul. 🤗😊 Kathy

I laughed so many times and especially with Andrew’s reply to what the difference was between the last winter and this one. 😂 Thank you! 😘
Beautiful video. You need a Starlink satellite for your internet. They offer one for boats. It is the best. I can’t live without it. You’ll never have internet connection problems again.
We’ve considered getting one, we probably will eventually! I wish it didn’t need a monthly contract, because we’d still need to maintain our usual internet as well as we’re often under trees and I think it needs a clear line of sight to the sky, right? But we’ll probably cave eventually!
The Vibe is strong with this one. Gorgeous photography as I've come to expect, but now I'm also starting to wonder if maybe you'll need to put out a cookbook sometime.
Honestly I’m not a very experimental cook at all, I really enjoy doing it but I’m only ever following someone else’s recipe 😂 but very happy to share recipe inspo!
Just started watching your vlogs a few weeks back so imagine the excitement when I saw you’d been cruising through MK! I grew up in Gt Linford and now live in Wolverton and the Wolv-Cosgrove stretch is a regular dog walk route for me. So cool to see so many familiar sights it from another perspective 👌🏻
@@krisatomic Ha! Yeah, you did good - MK isn’t for everyone but there really are some great spots - especially the Manor Park... Make sure you pay the Nags Head a visit if you do get mooring nearby 👌🏻
Loving the vlogs. Working my way through from the beginning. The inside of your narrowboat is lovely - how old is your boat please? Your vlog that made me chuckle the most is the one where you were followed by sheep 😂. Someone may have commented on this so I apologise if they have. I had a similar incident a couple of years ago walking up Chipping fells in the northwest. Walking with my dog (which seems to attract them 😮) I was hotly pursued by about 30 rams! We speeded up, and broke into a trot! I managed to throw the dog (gently) over the stile and climb to safety. When down off the fell I explained my drama to farmer. Once he finished laughing he explained that the rams would have seen my rucksack over my shoulder and thought they were going to be fed !! So, maybe the bag you were carrying gave your sheep similar ideas. 😂😂 Just a thought. Keep up the vlogs please 👍
Ugh totally feel your pain, I’m a Sinus Issues Girlie™️ it’s the absolute WORST. Have you tried a Neti pot? Literally the only thing that helps. Get well soon! 🌷
