Great machine. Try walking backwards and pulling it, it's got more cultivator style blades. In my years pulling allows the blade design to cut in and you won't have to make so many passes. Great video!
Tilling is trying to go as deep as you can 6-8 inches, cultivating is only doing 2-3 inches. We use this just to mix in the soil amendments and get the top ready for our seeder. Hope that helps.
I love it. I use it to cultivate all my garden beds and it work great for that. I would never use it as a rototiller on new ground. It isn't strong or heavy enough to do a good job at it.
Great video. It appears this is perfect for normal summer weed maintenance in a small garden between rows.

After using it a few more times really starting to get the hang of it and really like it! Thanks for the tip!
Do you still like yours? Would you recommend it still?
After 1 year how is it performing?
I got one and it works very well... very happy with it!
I have used it a few more times, and am really happy with the job it does! Happy planting!
Would be easier to use if it had a small plow point on the back. How much does a battery cost?
I am not sure. It is so light so it's pretty to maneuver. The cost for a new battery on Amazon is around $120
What is the difference between rototilling and cultivating?
