How do you put the auxiliary handle on?

I think mine came attached. It uses a clamp style mount with two silver colored screws to hold it on. Into the mount, a green plastic wing nut tightens onto a black square-headed bolt to hold the handle to the mount. If you loosen the wing nut, you can adjust the angle of the handle.
