    Wow, whoa. Way to break it down. Strengthening the lats. Knee, hip, pop on the floor. I like it. Straight arms on the pull down. Open the shoulders. Close down w/straight arms.

      Bar Muscles up are tough and a lot of steps go into them! Can't skip the foundations!
