Lol you turds calling fake weights. Look at the first plate, it’s twice as thick as the other plates. He put on 135, then probably did a pyramid up adding 10s or whatever they are. The heel wedge helps put emphasis on the quads. Yall turds dont even lift. Also this dudes a chode for hoarding the 10s lol
Lots of people that don't know how this works. It's simple. This is completely accurate. A guide to pull-ups is not lat pulldowns, It's spending time under that bar. Keeping a stable core while doing pull-ups has Directly translated to a stronger brace for my deadlift and squat. You're going to build wings focusing that slow eccentric.

@@Bitcoin-Busa follow the granddaddy of legs Tom platz advice on posture and high reps My son who competes naturally had the same movement that you're having venue squad there should be no extra movement from your low hip area straight up and down like Tom platz advises
When in doubt as you're learning concentrate much more on hack squats and you will not injure yourself and have marvelous leg development
