What is "Burn in" ?? In the context of earphones, "burn in" is a term used for adjusting the diaphragm of the earphone, to fit the original design. Physically, this burn-in process will relax the diaphragm until it finally reaches the expected final state. Much like when we "gber" a motor / car that we just bought so that the engine becomes nice & smooth. Or when we bend the shoes / sandals we just bought so they are elastic and comfortable to wear. Why do people choose to "Burn-in" earphones after just buying? Earphones & headphones are still new from the packaging, the sound is usually not as good / comfortable earphones that are often used according to the design of the designer in the factory. Often, people want their earphones to sound as expected as quickly as possible. They don't want to wait for weeks or months after regular use, so they choose to burn-in the earphones to make it sound better in the first week after purchase. How to burn new Earphone? Simply put, the burn-in process is done by turning on music through earphones continuously. Some people prefer to use "Pure tone", "Sine Wave Sweeps", "Pink Noise", or "AM / FM Static". Others recommend using heavy bass music. To be sure, all the methods above do not depend on the model or factory manufacturing.

Apa itu "Burn in" ??
Dalam konteks earphone, "burn in" adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk penyesuaian terhadap diaphragm dari earphone, agar sesuai dengan rancangan aslinya. Secara fisik, proses burn-in ini akan mengendurkan diaphragm sampai akhirnya mencapai keadaan akhir yang diharapkan.
Mirip seperti saat kita "meng-gber" motor/mobil yang baru kita beli supaya mesinnya jadi enak & halus. Atau saat kita melekuk-lekukkan sepatu/sendal yang baru kita beli supaya elastis dan nyaman dipakai.
Mengapa orang-orang memilih utk mem"Burn-in" earphone-nya setelah baru beli?
Earphone & headphone yang masih baru dari kemasan, biasanya suaranya tidak seenak/senyaman earphone yang sudah sering dipakai sesuai rancangan designer di pabriknya. Seringkali, orang-orang ingin agar earphone nya bersuara seperti yang diharapkan secepat mungkin. Mereka tidak mau menunggu selama berminggu-minggu atau berbulan-bulan setelah pemakaian reguler, sehingga memilih untuk mem-burn-in earphone nya agar bersuara lebih enak dalam satu minggu pertama setelah pembelian.
Bagaimana cara membakar Earphone baru?
Secara sederhana, proses burn-in dilakukan dengan menyalakan musik melalui earphone terus menerus. Sebagian orang lebih suka menggunakan "Pure tone", "Sine Wave Sweeps", "Pink Noise", atau "AM/FM Static". Sebagian lain merekomendasikan untuk menggunakan music yang suara bass nya berat. This was so helpful in loosening up the drivers on my new HD650s that I used it on all my headphones and have started in on my speakers with good results. Never believe people who say burn in is a myth. When I got my HD650s the other day and played them the soundstage was very narrow like everything was stuck in the middle. I ran this on them twice as and then put them back on and played the same songs and now I understand why the HD600 series headphones are so legendary. Wow! Thank you for this video.

Oh my god, after I tried burning the sound of my bluetooth headphones from another channel, it didn't work until I gave up. But when I decided to try this channel and read the comments, at first I was skeptical, but when I Give it a try and it's great that my headphones sound the same!!

@KhanBhai-bo7cu it could be because of the dongle you're using bro. I'm using ugreen usb c to 3.5 mm dongle which took care of the same problem for me. With Apple dongle, the volume was too low maybe related to the low powered approach from few dongles.

Test using cheap earphone (cost me $3) only use that earphone for 30 mnt (zoom meeting) there's significant change with bass, more deep and sound more detailed ( test with dolby )... Next i'll try with more expensive earphone

Really it just gets it loosened up from factory default. It's kind of like getting a good pair of jeans. Stiff at first but loosen and get comfortable. Burn in can help prevent strain and possible blow out.
