- FRAMED Part 2 - the iconic puzzle game continues! Rewrite the story so the cops don't catch you. If only I could do that in real life. Unrelated note, but does anyone have some money I can borrow? It isn't for bail.

in the end, we were all duped by Tyler. It was all an elaborate ruse so he could also do a playthrough of Framed 2!!
He Framed us, we're obliged to watch.
Bear the gamer is that a grizly Bear i see in your profile picture? Mtg?
@@simionion9998 yup. Bear tribal!
Cunning....
And then he never did play framed 2
If anyone's confused about the story here's my attempt at explaining what happened:
The story is split in 2: part 1 is the guy running from an apartment with the suitcase before meeting the girl in an alley, part 2 is the girl running from an alley with the suitcase before meeting the guy and the police inspector in an apartment.
Initially there was no context for part 1 but it explains why the girl started in the alley with the suitcase and had to dodge all these cops that were chasing her. By the end of part 2 the guy was waiting in the apartment because he was already done with his story arc and when the inspector arrived he shot both spies because he saw them teaming up.
After switching it up, however, in the end of part 2 the guy wasn't waiting in the apartment because his story arc was yet to begin, so when the inspector arrived the girl pretended to be on his side, allowing the guy to shoot him by surprise and take the suitcase. That explains why he started in the apartment and had to run away from all these cops.
Hope this helps anyone, LMK if I missed anything important.
I'm still confused

So it's just a big grandfather paradox?
"will this make the story less confusing?"
idk how to tell you this but it's a spy thriller, those only come in the flavors confusing and more confusing
I feel like what happened is that instead of it ending with the 2 spies getting caught, it ended with the 2 spies making it out because the detective died at the beginning
Making it out + making out
I think you made the timeline swap, to where the confrontation happens first, leading to the the introduction of the game where the chase ensues.
I feel what makes this game is the excellence of the animation. The characters are all so exquisitely animated that they feel alive, and it feels so much smoother than most animations do. All because they simply decided to put all their effort in the animation of convincing silhouettes rather than textures to include little details like breathing, stumbling, flicking and so on. Gorgeous.
It's rotoscoped, so yeah looks really smooth
So heres what the story is (from what i understand); all 3 main characters were framed for similar crimes and are trying to gain the evidence to prove their innocence
Wanted to say Tyler sir I've been watching your videos for the last 3 weeks and I genuinely didn't have this much fun watching yt content in a very long while
Keep going sir you're absolutely amazing
you should watch some of his popular Bloons videos, I didn't like his bloons content much but the more viral ones are so good
Highly reccomend going through some of his past series too if you haven't yet
@@whatevername4873 already watched the entirety of carto!
Welcome! I’d recommend his inscription series, as well as frostpunk was a surprise favourite for me. Other than those two some other series I enjoyed were baba is you (that one hurts my brain) a monster’s expedition, and poly bridge too :D
Watch every video he has made, they are all great
I think what happened is you swapped the charrect roles, causing the previously bad for you events to become good?
I don't care what you say that is an amazing youtube pfp sir and or ma'am
ngl i was waiting for this one, you just saved me from a rather awkward conversation.
OwO? Was it trying to show someone he's always on time with uploading?
Of course, he switched the video before the conversation so you'd have something to talk about
lmao that twist at the end, I didn’t even know there was a framed 2
Framed 2 came out of nowhere, there is no Framed 3 though
the best part is that the edits are still good and he gets these out so quickly
I just watched the last one in this series then he immediately uploaded the other one, can always count on Tyler to upload right on time.
Nice part 2
fun fact: there are no rats in Alberta

You see, what happened that confused Tyler was that those two panels were the whole story since the beginning of the game. Mr spy running and meeting with Ms. Spy, both trying to leave with the suitcase and the Detective trying to acquire the suitcase and apprehend the spies while investigating the case. The end was that both spies met and the Detective shot Mr. Spy and he fell out the window with the case while Ms. Spy watched.
When Tyler switched the panels of the events, because the story revolves around THE SUITCASE, not the characters themselves, it made it so the suitcase had to be delivered to Ms. Spy, but Mr. Spy didn't have the case yet, he hadn't stolen it and ran with it in this sequence of events, instead of Mr. Spy getting the case, Ms. Spy was the one who did, just the way you played it out but the detective eventually found her and accused her of spying with the evidence he gathered and was showing to her while he took the suitcase.
What happened then is that the spy came in and killed the Detective, saving Ms. Spy and then he ran with the case, he then had to do the flipped half of story, running from the police with the suitcase this time after killing the detective, finally concluding just the way the first half ended the first time, this time with blood because they killed the Detective at the start and a kiss because Mr. Spy saved Ms. Spy.
I feel like this detective is actually a rival spy, and when you switched the story, the rival spy catches the female spy but the male spy comes in and shoots the rival spy unlike during the first story where the rival spy catches both spies
3:02 i like how those guys are confused when they see you on the outside of the train😂
As someone who has played these games, I can assure you: the plot has no discernible cohesion when you've played the first game, but once you've played the second, everything starts to make sense. I'm exited for seeing the second game.
Tyler's twist at the end was exelent
9:37 I think this is supposed to be some sort of timeline swap? Not sure what the kiss on the cheek meant in the final cutscene
Detective got shot in the beginning so instead of the Detective finding him in that alleyway, the woman does
They 'made out'
"Had us in the first half, not gonna lie."
I am flummoxed. That's the only way to describe it. Framed has flummoxed me.
9:30
judging on how the two frames is the plot up to that point i assume swapping them creates a time paradox
Thanks for the daily uploads! It really brightens up my evening!
Thank you for the video Tyler and editors! I am really excited for more of this! It's really fun
The clothes puzzle was great
This 2-part playthrough was amazing! I hope to see more series like this :D
4:03 I just can not the 2 different songs playing together on top of each other
Let's gooo part 2!
so... is anybody going to explain the story or am i going to have to figure it out myself?
Mustache was Girl's partner/informant/supplier or whatever. He hunted down Guy because he was competing with her and getting in their way. Instead of Mustache witnessing Guy falling from his window, picking up the trail, tracking down and finding the spies and killing Guy with the gunshot frame, Mustache was on the trail from the beginning and Guy spy got ahead of him and killed him for the briefcase which *then* lead to the Guy and Girl sexual tension rivalry, Guy falling from the building and escaping and instead of the now dead Mustache man Girl is there to find and join him.
Story starts with the Guy Spy escaping, making it through the city, but eventually getting caught by the Detective. Guy Spy jumps from the building, lands on the truck, but passes out in the alleyway where the Detective takes the briefcase. The Girl Spy enters the story, carries the briefcase through her sequences, but is followed by the Detective who catches the meetup between both Spies in the apartment, and kills one of them (presumably the Guy Spy based on positions). Then you switch the action panels so the Girl Spy's story takes place first, and the gunshot is the Guy Spy entering and killing the Detective instead. Escape sequence is now following the death of the Detective and follows the same plot, but with a police officer replacing the Detective at the rooftop, and the Girl Spy finding the Guy Spy in the alleyway instead, and that's where it ends. The only mainly confusing part is the panel switch with all the action panels and gunshot, but that mainly is representing that the escape is now in the context of the Guy Spy just having killed the Detective, and not him mid-chase like it started out.
Basically just pretend first part (part A) and second part (part B) of the story as two separate panel.
In the last part of the part B, he saw a detective and somebody decided to shoot.
In the first part of Part A, the guy is running from the police and then fall down the alley.
Switch both "panel" up, and the shooter is swapped because the spy guy is still alive. So, if you switch them up, the detective is the one who got shot since the guy is still alive.
Wait for Framed 2's ending.
Ah the Segway to framed 2 was wayyyy too good
11:35 i just realized where he ends up going to is based on the next panel
When the mustache guy gets attacked by the security guard, it’s because he is a detective in the hideout of the spies
At around 9:35 when the first half and the second half of the story flip, the gloved hand and revolver of the detective becomes the dark hand and pistol of the male spy, implying that he's shooting the detective instead. This breaks the story, since the detective can't be there at the end of the story to shoot the male spy because he's dead. The ending goes the same way, with a revolver jamming, but it's a regular police officer instead of the detective. The story then ends because the rest of it was made into the first half, and the male spy escaping is the last level instead of the halfway point.
Would definitely love to see the second one
I love the fast forwards of Tyler just vibing
Thanks for the video!
so fun! hope you play the second game!!
Great video
To be honest I have never seen the last few minutes of the game (right after switching the timelines) so this is quite confusing as to why both timelines aren't linking to each other well, but I'm glad to see this game in this full glory! I'm quite hype for Framed 2 because I have never once watched a playthrough of it when it came out
This went from makes sense to continuity breaking real quick
I've just started watching you I think?? I don't keep count but anyway keep up the work! Also imma sub.😊😊
I love watching Tyler getting guys from behind
"I don't understand what that means for the story" By changing it so the first half happened second, that means the events with the male spy happen after the mustached man shooting the female spy, which because of what happens at the end of the first half, means that the female spy finds him in the alleyway AFTER being shot by the mustached man, ergo; she lives rather than dying.
Well dang, guess we neeeed to see what happens in Framed 2 😂
For real tho, great stuff as always!
Awesome video as always.

yes i wanna see Framed 2 :D
*slams fist on desk* MOAR!
Literally just joined ur discord to talk about the baba video I just uploaded and here I am already gettin pinged XD Love the video and most importantly love you tyler :3
Finally, I finished a game before seeing the full playthrough! (Framed 2)
In the end. The spy Guy kills old guy or whoever he's first, then the chase happens instead of the chase happens, and the old guy kill them.
What happened at the end was that by swapping order you steal the suitcase from the guy, thats why there was a corpse, and end in the alleyway
5:53 this one I think is a version of the classic Fox Sheep Cabbage puzzle!
7:00 that is a weird format of the boat puzzle
So, by flipping the story, what happened is that the girl and the sheriff meet up.
And, the one to enter that building with the gun was the man.
This is because they way the story would pan out is the girl being followed by the sheriff into the last room, and then the man hasn't appeared in the story yet so he appears where the sheriff once was.
This makes the story then do a "loop", where he would then collect the briefcase, run through the "first" few areas, and then fall down to meet the girl who would give him a smooch on the cheek for whatever reason.
Something like that, yeah?
Obviously we wanna se framed 2!
I imagine the end happens like it does because the flip makes it so that you saved the girl spy, by in turn making her grateful and then leaving the kiss
DUDE! I played this game a long time ago on my grandmothers iPad and it was so cool!
There’s another game I know you would love that’s kind of like this, but I can’t remember the name of it right now

Yup
Framed two babyyyyyyyyy
TYLER!!! DREDGE ITS OUT TYLER YOU GOTTA FINISH IT TYLER PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway great video.
Try noita. It’s a good rougelike
I was a little worried you wouldn't do any more of this game
This story reminds me of the flash game Rew, for some reason
I think the story is all in the name "Framed" basically I think the main spy was Framed by the other two and at the end took revenge.
Oh I get it now! I’m not telling though
I remember this game being way harder
So, what happened is:
After you took the case and fell from the roof, detective tools case away, but lady spy stills it and takes train ride, then someone walks to the hotel spy and kills somebody.
But we know that it's detective killing spy
Spy's life flies before his eyes case does weird things and you swap ep1 with ep2.
So now sorry looks like this:
Lady spy takes train so she can bring case to the hotel
Someone kills somebody in a hotel
This time spy kills detective, then he takes a run threw a rooftops, falls and meets lady spy (cus detective is dead so there is no one else to meet there), smiles and game ends
The story.. my best guess is somehow the briefcase was magic and the girl used it to rewrite reality to save guy spy.. who she also at points in the previous timeline weren't on best terms since the knock out and stealing of briefcase back and forth... it's.. so weird lol
Played both and somehow Framed 2 is more understandable and has a less confusing ending
I believe the first turn of events is the story that the two create together, painting the chief of police as corrupt while they play keep away with information that could reveal his dishonesty.
The second turn of events is what actually happens, the man kills the chief of police in his apartment and makes off with the briefcase and hands it off to the girl.
@@ijnebula4888 That kinda makes sense.. except still confused why there was a drugging and stuff

When is framed 2 pls
if you enjoy games like this where you can change the outcomes of your story, I also recommend Overboard!
You swapped the order of events.
Instead of "Chase Scene" then "Spy shoots Spy"
You reversed it so the shooting was first. Mustache spy got shot (proably was about to arrest the girl), then you ran from the cops.
And then, because Mustache is now dead, you are actually able to get away.
If Framed is so good, why isn't there a Framed 2? Wait
FRAMED 2 PLS
