I would certainly like to see more of this game! Really like the concept of it. It would be cool if they had two different modes, one which is "canon" and always has all the events at the same time and one that has the times and stuff like the weather randomized.
The ending of this made me internally go "This is literally an Among Us meeting". The way people were debating about things that weren't true and you simply redirecting blame away from yourself is EXACTLY what happens, lol

"Be cam" brings back bad memories of pam trees.
I am curious how many bullets you had to dodge to get that ending. I enjoyed hearing your creative deductions for your choices.
At the end he probably almost blew it. There wasn't really any hard evidence against Clarissa by the time he reached the end. He was trying way too hard to keep the blame on her and it was starting to make him look desperate to push the blame on someone else.
Honestly I didn't expect "Thank you, Commander" at the end to work either... I would have chosen "That's it?" instead since it's a little sus to be so accusatory and then just drop it like that.
I haven’t played it in a while, but if I remember correctly, failing to either find your missing or pocket the one you wake up with, acting generally suspicious, or having your pills found definitely get you in trouble, as well as some spoilery stuff. Anders mostly covers for you regardless, but it’s sometimes conditional on how well you cover for yourself, because as he says it, “you’re not worth hanging for”. As for ending dialogue, as soon as the Subedar-Major clears you, you can talk as much shit as you’d like. I guess everyone on board is used to rich people being that callous.

Would love to see more; this game is a joy to replay, with all sorts of hijinks you can get up to like breaking into people's cabins and pushing people overboard. And you can skip past already-seen dialogue so successive runs aren't too repetitive.
Games that reverse the roles are always fun.

gotta say tossing his clothes overboard was not a good play (not that it seemed to matter) but assuming the game bothered to "investigate" the cabins itd be really suspicious for a wife who "doesnt know" where her husband is or that he was "murdered" to have gotten rid of his clothes.

This sort of reminds me of the mobile game Nobodies. It's a game where you play as a murder cleaner, your job is to dispose of a body seamlessly, without getting caught, and leave the scene just as you saw it.
very cool game, reminds me of The Deed series, but those games have more focus on framing people for your murder.

The issue of dumping the clothes in this game is that she really shouldn't be thinking he won't be back, and there's no reason for her to think he would commit suicide or be murdered with all of his clothes with him.

I wonder how you'd actually implicate the other lady. I could see planting evidence after getting her to leave her room being an option, but there's also the possibility of using the captain against her by meeting her on the deck and intentionally losing a physical fight, assuming he'll see the exchange and you flirted with him. Assuming such options are real, of course.

any suggestions on HOW to make it a series? I think it would be kind of boring, since the only thing that changes is Tyler's approach to how he wants to play the character. Episode 2: Going for the Good Ending, Episode 3: Killing everyone... seems lackluster to me

@@IAmUnderscoreyou can't REALLY be comparing this to a roguelike, can you? In a roguelike you won't ever have the same run twice. I agree that yes, you can aim for a specific build and strategy, but you can never guarantee it. This game, on the other hand, is always gonna have the exact same output if you make the same choices.
