Echo Pure Street Ride : Gaps For Days!

- After having a great first ride on the Echo Pure I definitely had to bring it to the streets and see how it rode and maybe get up the wall that beat me on the Ashton.
I'm still pretty sketchy with pedal-ups and hooks so there wasn't many (or any) of them in this video but I'd like to get better at them and unlock some cool lines that wouldn't be possible on a streety bike.

I have met Ali and Danny in person and what helps them do what they do is they are both barn door stacked in the arms and shoulders compared to most cyclists. You need to commit fully to reach the level, it’s there you just need to grab it!

what you said just made me think of back in the day when I would ride my comp bike trough the whole city looking for spots. Standing up all the time! It sucked big time. Now I pedal, sit down and just let it roll.

I have a question for you, recently I have seen an American guy(Pat Smerge) and he has been doing quite a bit of trials riding on a fat tyre equipped bicycle, so my question is this Would you ever consider doing something similar to that yourself on a fat tyre equipped bicycle, it would be interesting 🤔 to know what you think 💭??????.
So smooth and controlled! V and disc is definitely nice to see, all the little front wheel sliding is awesome. The bite and quiet of the disc, i could watch you gap to front for days. Some Hex flow definitely welcome too.

I had an echo TR front wheel build years ago that was laced radially which failed because of the lack of material supporting the spokes when laced in that direction. You might want to keep an eye on the radially laced flange for that reason. For clarity, that failure was acknowledged by Tarty and isn't just 'my opinion' on what happened.
