Thank you - I’ve been looking for an alternative to sanding / heat gun for similar reasons (thick lead paint everywhere in 1920s house) and was considering this. Have now just bought one (£45 from Brewers, which I thought was great value as others were v expensive). Appreciate the video!
Full marks the effort this video but can't really see the benefit over sanding (masked, would be my choice) or heat gun (not something I'd choose, possibly more fool me). Old lead paint or not. Given our similar ages with a tad of care I'd be surprised either of us croak of old paint surfaces.

No problem, the next time I used it was much better once I found the sweet spot between holding it too long and not long enough in the same spot.

One thing I did really like about it is it's silent, my wife works from home so anything noisy is an issue. 👍
