The two kings of powered speakers are ev zlx and qsc k12 most sold facts when qsc drops the new k15 🤦🏽♂️😮💨 they gona have people lining up at the door
Not sure if they will ever do the K15. They released the KC12 for $3000 CAD they went to the wrong direction and that’s my opinion. The Kw152 is still available but not worth it.
Yorkville has more decibels but without dsp its raw power For quality music I like qsc Yorkville need to keep up with technology Yorkvile has very good quality but not very musical
The only way to make the ps 12 or 15s sound better. (Not loud because they are loud ) is you have to use Dbx pa2 to eq it then it will kill the qsc The. Qsc is eq’ed out the box
@@donaldccannon1 Built-in DSP VS External Processing . QSC is the industry standard for pro audio because of its unparalleled combination of advanced DSP technology, reliable durability, and consistently high-quality sound that professionals trust in any environment.
@@djbig6045 Hahaha but you repeated what I said and gave the company qsc response 😂 I said is that it is eq’ed (dsp) out the box. Where you have you use external processing (Dbx pa2) but by adding the Dbx fixes what qsc has already built in(dsp) and makes it sound better(muddyness gone)
@@djbig6045 I understand. And I guess because I don’t use the ps by themself I use with a sub and Dbx so I get the highs and slight mid on the tops. And using them alone I get all the muddyness your talking about And it also depends on on type of event as well I use my qsc for weddings And mainly indoors but when it’s out doors the yorks are coming out as people wanna hear loud and not crisp
The new design of K12.2 is stupid. It automatically shuts down when slightly overloaded. K12 never did that.I understand that it needs to protect the speakers, but the show is more important than the speakers for some people.
please be reasonable. there’s no way the qsc’s are garbage, that’s just ignorant. i’ve been touring for almost 45 years, and the best sounding powered monitor for my keyboard rig has been the qsc, hands down, and I’ve had everything you can think of. Yorkville? laughable
qsc are excellent, very loud and clear, and reasonably priced

Exactly yorkville are just loud

PS15p is $1500 USD and the K12.2 is $800. That’s a huge price difference.
Iam in canada its around $1299 plus tax cad here
you want quality, buy EV etx
@@guitarplayer5932 I do have an etx sp woofer and super happy with it
The qsc k12.2 is garbage. I have the The original k12 model and it plays so much better. To put the 12.2 against a yorkville is night and day
I heard it last night & I agree sounds nothing like the k12s I used to own
The k12.2 even cutout, the k12 will run all night without any issues.
I havent had that issue personally

yorkville unity u15p sounds better than both of them.
Rcf clears all
🤔
