As a owner of the Harbinger Vari4115s i can say that i was a bit skeptical about these speakers at first when shopping for speakers since i didn't know anything about the brand. I was thinking that these were not going to be as loud as they are or that the bass was going to be lacking, i was really surprised that these speakers sound really great and ive used them for several parties and gigs and got some good complements about how great they sounded. Harbinger is really stepping it up and i hope they get more recognition.
I got the 3000 series. The 3415
@ErnestoAvilez92 Them speaker are know to last no more than 3 years if you dont push them . Your better off buying a Name brand , that will last for years. Buy once cry once that's what I always say!!!!

Great Video! I enjoy seeing the product in it's attended environment. I hope to see a gig log or two with just two S 318s or even two S 312s! I know the recording doesn't give a true sense of what they sound like, but with headphones, it gives you an idea on what the speakers' abilities are. As a part of that demonstration, a snippet of copyright music whereas it doesn't meet the threshold of video deleting or costs - I think that's less than 1 minute or so. Once again great video and I'm glad to see Harbinger is putting content out there with their product!

I do this every weekend every year, I guess I should start recording my stuff, I actually teach the real tricks and tips of live audio that no other has! I do things differently and get better results!

I was using behringer before but got a new pair of the 12s from Harbinger because of these dudes
I am the guy that can tweak any system and make it sound truly fidelity like QSC or RCF, with these speakers using the drive rack!! but these are my FAVORITE Cheep but not Cheap speakers! of all time! They tell me to turn it down, but I do it on purpose, so I can check feedback, sometimes we work with no mixer and have to go directly to the back!
This shit looked like a TV show. I'd be down to watch a series like this.

If Don Johnson can be turned to the harbinger, then they must sound as good as they say… Kidding aside it just so happens I am receiving a pair of the 18 inch subwoofers in the mail today. Can’t wait to hear them!

I saw Tool at PPL in November and just saw Fear Factory and Machine Head at Wind Creek. I just picked up the v3415 on sale (Presidents Day) at Guitar Center for $359 to use with my Ddrum Nio and my e-drum kit. I was only able to turn it up a little bit last night, but I know it's replacing the Simmons drum amp I bought last month. That's going back to GC. Your tear down video was a big factor. Keep up the great work!

WOW CDS IN 2023! Thats crazy love it at the same time. Stands in the reception room looked a little lower than they should be also not sure if thats the optimal placement for tops, should be spread better for coverage vs cornered in the room. Good Vid

Honestly, the DBX drive rack pa2 can make any setup sound good .. the limiters and room tuning on that DBX unit is a game changer

Great Video with testimonials from guests and hotel management! I will say though that you guys are CRAZY using 4 18" Subwoofers for a wedding reception. Especially when there were MAYBE 100 guests there? Probably like 80 guests LOL. Been deejaying weddings for 23 years. I have never used more than 2 Subs, and most receptions I am using a single 12" Subwoofer with 2 12" Speakers or I use the Harbinger MLS1000 10" Line Arrays. Those Subs in the MSL1000 pack a lot of punch for a 10" sub!
We had no clue how many people would show up. It's hard to tell just how large this room really is on video.

The driverack makes a huge difference. It’s what I use with my whole setup
Harbinger Speaker Clip and gets distorted when pushed . Save your money and buy EV speakers or Mackie . I have both EV zlx 12bt and Mackie Thump 15 with EV ELX 200 18 sub . Everything works flawlessly and i get so many positive comments!!!!🌝

Did you adjust the auto eq at all after you ran the set up? or did it nail it like you wanted?
I had to do more EQ work to get it where I wanted it for sure. Turned out pretty well.
Hi. Do you think two of the VS15s and the Sub will be enough for a rock band to fill bars/restaurants/breweries? Will be stuffing bass, vocals, kick, snare, overheads, and guitars through them.

I find this interesting you would think those 4 subs would completely drown out those tops. I couldn’t see this sounding very good but I could be wrong.
If you check out the video, you will notice I'm using a DBX Driverack PA2. This allows full control over each individual speaker and all the normal parameters such as compression, equalizer, crossovers, ext. The guest's absolutely loved it and had a blast. That's most important!
It does not. You will always need two subs to a main cab as a golden ratio… I do this every weekend with all kinds of systems even top of the line brands like DAS and RCF. That is what is most popular besides QSC and JBL and it all depends on the ears and ear training of the sound man. To the room. Not the speakers to the acoustics of the room. It is the sound guy/audio engineer. Not the audio system. Placement is a 1/3 of the problem. 2/3 the room and the rest depends on the sound guy!
Are those subwoofers powered by a built in amplifiers?

remember guys,,, there's a huge difference from using Class D amps in a cabinet vs Class A amps powering a passive box
yup they have never had a Crown 4000xt blow the 15amp braker! Runing 8 Cerwin Vega's!
From a Pro sound engineer, That Auto EQ is for fast "Flat" EQ without the feedback! but not for a real nice sound experience! But it is a safe net for some one that does not run it manually and if you really want to pump out the full potential and get true fidelity out of the room, with the PA2 not the speakers!
I did a bit of EQ tuning to get it how I wanted it after the auto EQ.
@@chazpozzi I never use it. It sounds bad even if you try to adjust it. It is like asking for the Mona Lisa painting and you want to repaint over it... Does not work like that. You need to creat your Mona Lisa. also use sub harmonics, more manual EQ and selective EQ also I set my roll offs at a odd like .7 & .3 decimal point and light compression and limiting and I change the EQ when I notice something changes. When more people fill in the room.
How do you guys connect these subs together?
3 years ago my beloved EV EKS were taken from my storage , so i imediatly ran to guitar center and bought 2 lights and 2 15 inch new Harbingers no subs ...ok i returned them monday morning and bought a pair of JBL SRX , the Harbingers didnt do the job .
What model Harbinger?
3 years ago we would have done exactly the same thing. But today, at least with this 3000 series, I'd have never even entertained the idea of taking them back. Harbinger really has put in the work. Its clear to us that they really care about having a competitive product in their price class.

Main system is using the 3415s and the smaller room has the 3412s

They sound as good as a QSC 12" and a EV 12", the Harbenger 15", They do handle more for 300$ each that is half the price for each of both of the top of line speakers!
There will be QSC VS Harbinger gear in future video's!
@@chazpozzi ok cool… yeah I have tried these side by side in a real world event and I have a video. They like my QSC’s better, people are always impressed with how the little speaker sounds way better. …they do have more bass and better highs. For a 12”. I have a video of a demo. But not a review side by side. But I have worked with all kinds of speakers. Side by side. Specially like DAS vs RCF and JBL vs them and other cheep brands like turbo sound and peavey!

There's a good amount of room between the dance floor and the top speakers. No issue there

No, actually the coverage of just about every other sub layout is garbage in comparison. Stereo subs underneath top speakers is about the worst thing you can do.

Only better option would be cardioid but ...control the dp behind but also lose a little in you target zone..setup looked fine probably didn't need four anyway...good job .
